Description of Work: refinished all hardwood floors and replaced laminate flooring in one room with hardwood. All work was completed in around 4 days.

Description of Work: I had Caleb Mayo come to a rental house that I own. |He gave me a price to refinish original oak flooring and patch a hole where a floor furnace had previously been installed. I accepted the offer and we set a date for the work to be done. His crew arrived as scheduled ready to work. However the former tenant had left the house flea infested and Although I had had the house exterminated there were still several fleas in one room. Naturally the workers didn't want to crawl on the floor with the fleas so they left and we rescheduled another appointment after I had had it exterminated again. His crew arrived as scheduled and did a beautiful job. I would happily recommend them to anybody else. I was very impressed.

Description of Work: They removed old carpet and installed new hardwood floors. Caleb and his crew were wonderful!! They were responsive, reliable and hard-working. The stairs were problematic, but Caleb knew what to do, calling in experts when it came to the removal of the bannister. Thanks to him and his crew we have a wood floor of which we are proud!!!

He presented options and listened to what my preferences were. Caleb and his team did a great job and I will be using them again for future flooring jobs.

Description of Work: Wow. I am not easily impressed, and these guys 'floored' me! We had our fridge leak and ruin a part of our existing wood floor, right in the middle of our kitchen/main walkway. Caleb came out, fantastic price, very professional, very quick. Taped off everything, no dust over the house, very thorough and clean. There was a small part that was initially rough, and he fixed it for us right away prior to billing us. Needless to say, they matched our older wood floors perfectly and its seemless, like it never happened! Definitely planning on using them in the future! Very pleased.

Description of Work: We have a very large den that had some old laminate flooring in it. Mayo Bros. removed the laminate and replaced it with 5" solid wood planks. We originally were going to have 4" planks installed but Caleb was not happy with the wood that was delivered. He had the lumber company send out another load within a few hours. For the trouble, the wood was upgraded to 5" at no extra cost to us. They then hand scraped the planks and put down 2 coats of stain. The floor looks amazing and the job was done cleanly and efficiently. I would definitely use Mayo Bros. again.
