Fantastic! Caleb is awesome to work with and his crew is amazing as well! We couldn't be happier with the process from start to finish and our floors look better than I could have ever imagined. Plus they left the house super clean. Very little dust due to their attention to detail with covering everything from cabinets to pictures to light fixtures with plastic before sanding. Caleb makes everything super easy. Great experience, great results and great price! Can't beat them!

They left gaps in the middle of the entry way instead of starting from the outside & working toward the wall. They marked up my walls & even got stain on one wall. Caleb said this was to be expected when you hired a contractor. They also left the AC turned down to 70 for 1 week & said the floors needed to dry. Humidity could just as easily been removed at 79 degrees as it could at 70. They also left the blinds pulled up which made the AC run even more. Would not recommend this company.

Caleb did an excellent job. Responsiveness and communication were excellent throughout the entire process and we were very pleased with the quality of the work. This is not to mention that the price was very reasonable, especially compared to the competitors who offered quotes. We found Caleb to be extremely trustworthy and highly recommend his services.

Working with Caleb Mayo and his crew was a great experience. He and his crew were very professional and very respectful of our home. The work was completed as promised within the time stated and the quality of work was excellent! We had estimates from several flooring companies and decided on Mayo Bros Hardwood Flooring because of their A-rating, Caleb's knowledge and the detailed bid for our project. Caleb's communication with us through the entire process from start to finish was wonderful; he answered all our questions timely, he was very thorough of each step and spoke with us on a daily basis through completion. We would highly recommend them.

Kaleb did a great job walking me through the estimate for refinishing the original hardwood floors throughout my house, along with all the details for what exactly would be done and how the process would work. His crew was able to get it done incredibly fast and the floors turned out awesome. They look brand new now and much more modern with the slightly darker stain. I don't anticipate needing any more work on these done since it's practically a brand new floor now, but if I do, Mayo Brothers would be the first company I called!

Caleb and crew did an excellent job. They were pleasant, prompt, and courteous. I will hire them again when we add more wood floors in the future.

We had 4 or 5 people priced the job and they were the least expensive. We were very pleased. It was very good. They completed the work for about a week. It was very, very positive. We were very happy with the results and the response that they gave us.

Caleb the owner came out to give an estimate and it was just about the same as another company. We decided to go with Mayo Brothers; prefer to keep the business local. Long story short, his employees did what I consider to be an excellent job and finished a day ahead. I highly recommend Mayo Brothers for any wood flooring projects.

The work was done as planned and the floor looked great when they were done. A couple days after they were finished we did find a small spot that was not filled in properly. We called and they came out within 2 days and fixed it. We recommended them to our neighbors and they used them also and loved the work they had done.

I got estimates from four hardwood floor installers and decided to go with Mayo Bros. over the others for three main reasons. 1) They had all A reviews on Angie's List. 2) All but one estimate were pretty close but with Angie's List coupon Mayo Bros. was a bit less than the rest. 3) They were able to install tile flooring in addition to hardwood so we could get entire floor done at same time. Caleb was very responsive and easy to work with. He explained every step of the process and was responsive with any concerns that we had. The job took longer than expected due to issues beyond their control, the tile store messed up our order so they had to delay tile installation and on the days that they were finishing the hardwood it rained for days on end so the high humidity in the house caused delays in the buffing and final finish coat. Even with the delays it seemed that Caleb was doing all he could to get the jobs done in a timely manner. I also appreciated that anytime I called or texted Caleb with a question or concern he was quick to get back with me. We are very happy with our new floors and I would definitely hire Mayo Brothers again in the future.

We could not be any happier with the work performed by Mayo Brothers Wood Floors. Caleb and his employees were very friendly and professional. Work was done in a timely manner and the crews were very respectful of our home. I completely trusted them to be at the house without me being there. Communication with the owner was great and response time was almost always immediate. The painter and his crew were very much perfectionists. They were sure to protect all our belongings while painting. Everyone was very friendly and did an amazing job. Extremely satisfied with all work performed. Highly recommended!

They were excellent. Caleb was very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt every comfortable with his experience and expertise. His crew was fast, efficient and respectful. We had extensive water damage due to an outside faucet freezing and bursting on an inside wall. I wanted to make sure that the repairs were done correctly. Caleb explained that the process to replace the wood floors would take them about 3 weeks. Tearout one day and then let the slab dry for one week to make sure any water left would dry out. Reinstall new flooring, then one week to let the wood acclimate and then the last week refinishing the floors. He was right on target with his time frame. I had gotten a few other quotes from other flooring companies, some from resoration companies and Mayo brothers was the most knowledgeable about the process to replace the water damaged wood flooring and they were the least expensive. I didn't feel they would take short cuts to get the work done fast. Which could have caused cupping to the new floors installed. My new wood floors are stunning and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. I would highly recommend Mayo Brothers Wood flooring.

They did a great job. It was uneventful and easy. Done on time in one week. It's been several months now and the floors still look amazing!

I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the job they did. From Caleb down to every guy in the crew, everyone was professional, respectful and hard working. I would tell anyone and everyone to use them for all their flooring issues. Out floors were pickled and were horrible. We also removed a cabinet and needed a patch job. Within 3 days, they refinished all the floors and installed the patch and they looked fantastic. Caleb was very responsive and took care of everything very fast. No hesitation in recommending them in the future!

Everything went very smoothly. The crew arrived when they said they would (even after having to push back the start date due to the purchase of the home being delayed). They jumped right in and before I knew it the old floor was out and they were installing the plywood subflooring, putting down the underlamenent and piecing together all the individual wood pieces, like a giant puzzle. It was amazing watching them work. In one day they had the old out and the new was in place and secured. They let it sit for a day, then were back the following day to stain and put the sealer on. I decided to go with natural, rather than staining so that process only took one day. The floors look fantastic! There are a couple of places that they are going to come back and touch up whenever I am ready. I couldn't be happier with the results. It's a whole different house! I have already recommended them to a friend.

He was very personable and helpful in helping us. It turned out very good. He was better than anybody else that I have talked to.

We had a plumbing leak under our toilet which ruined flooring in 3 rooms. I had a few companies come out and give me estimates and Caleb by far made me feel most confident about his ability to do the job. His quote landed about in the middle, but walking through the house, he made comments and had ideas the other companies just never considered. The guys that did the work were friendly and made sure everything was spotless when they finished. Highly recommend them!!

Caleb did an excellent job. He arrived on time, was creative in fixing problem areas and the floors look beautiful. The pricing was fair and below other bids. He responded immediately to all calls and was friendly and pleasant to work with.

Caleb and his crew were great to work with. Caleb is very detail oriented and as a result we have beautiful floors. He communicated great while providing quotes and worked with us on quoting several different types of wood until we found one that both worked with our budget and went with existing floors we were trying to match. We worked on scheduling him pending the closing of our house. As soon as we closed, I provided a key and they got to work. Every day they showed up on time and worked diligently. They selected a stain that matched our existing floors (something I was intimidated to do). The job was done on schedule and we were able to move in as planned. I will definitely call him again for any future flooring jobs.

Caleb is one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. No company is perfect, but his effort, quality, punctuality and communication made it the entire job a great experience. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood the entire process and were happy with every detail of the job. He is extremely knowledgable, and made fantastic recommendations. I would absolutely use him again.

A lot of people wouldn't do the kind of work that Mayo Brothers Wood Floors does. They won't even attempt to do it. We interviewed several flooring contractors. He charged $350 which was very reasonable.
