I didnt use the deal because what was advertised in the services is not what I actually needed.

They came out to give me an estimate for the complete job and I was told there would be an additional charge of $500 to have the job done. The person who came out was wonderful and I'm sure that they do great work but I wasn't expecting it to be that expensive. I don't think the information on the coupon gave me enough information about how much the job would actually cost. I would use them in a heartbeat if they were less expensive.

I took advantage of an Angie's List Big Deal, and paid $99 for $200 towards the work I wanted done. I knew it was a small job, and half expected Kurtis to tell me he didn't want to bother with it since I live so far out (by Keystone Lake). He came out to do the estimate last week, arriving exactly when he said he would. His estimate for the work was $26l, but due to the Angie's List Big Deal, it would only cost me an additional $61 over what I had paid. He was very pleasant and professional, and willing to do the job, even though I'm quite sure it didn't make him any money. His office called to make the appointment, which was set for this morning. His employee, Brandon, arrived on time also (not easy to do when the client lives quite a way out of town). He was also both pleasant and professional, and got to work right away. He cleaned out most of the old grout around the tub where it meets the tile, and replaced it with caulk (which it should have been in the first place - mea culpa!). He did the same with one line of grout in the tile from the top down to the faucet, where it had cracked over time. He also glued down the edge of the vinyl flooring where it meets the tub, and caulked that. A small thing, but it looks a lot better

They did a great job on our kitchen floor. They were very professional and clean. Our floor looks like new.

Everything was done very well and we are quite pleased with the results. The work was done in 3-4 hours which was about half the time I expected it to take. Before getting the estimate, I had no idea what the cost might be. I contacted one other company regarding the tile replacement work. The number of tiles that needed to be replaced were only about 15-20% of the total but they would not consider the job unless they did the entire bathroom. We are very pleased with the result and highly recommend The Groutsmith for tile & grout cleaning as well as tile replacement.

This is the second time I have used the Groutsmith. Both times they came out and estimated the job and then scheduled the service. They colored and sealed the grout and cleaned the tile. Both houses had been remodeled and had a lot of stuff on the floors (paint,stucco, dirt etc.) So, sealning the tiles was not a small job. In each instance the gentlemen who performed the work were extremely responsive to any requests and acted professionally. I was very pleased with the work and would not hesitate to use them again. The only drawback is that they are very busy and they scheduled the work 2 weeks out from the date that I received the quote. In both instances they were able to move my job up due to cancellations on their schedule. But that isn't something that you can rely upon.

We had remodeled the kitchen and there was a lot of paint and grime on the tile. They came in and cleaned and sealed the grout and got the paint off the tile. The 2 young men who did the work were extremely nice and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the work before they left.

Everything went as discussed in our first meeting. Overall, it was a good experience, and the shower looks great again.

They were excellent and I didn’t have anything to dislike them. They came in, did the job and it was a great job. They were professional and polite that they didn't end around to talk. They asked what I like and they work on it. They were friendly.

They did a good job. There were a couple of incidents that they had to come back and repair but other than that, everything was good. I do not remember exactly how much the service cost.

I felt they were professional and tried to do quality work.
