Flakey unprofessional service! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. We booked the job for the first week of February and got rescheduled by Groutsmith to the next week. Our appointment for the rescheduled days comes up they want to reschedule the second day of work for March so they can work another job!!! Blizzard came through had to reschedule the entire job for March. On the March rescheduled appointment they arrive late but get the areas done we requested but on the follow up visit scheduled they again try to reschedule but instead of I’ll be there tomorrow it’s I can do it in five days.

We have tile flooring throughout our entire entry, kitchen, kitchen dining room, and laundry room. Groutsmith has cleaned our floors for three or four years now and we are completely pleased. They do an absolutely outstanding job and make the floors look brand new again! We HIGHLY recommend Groutsmith for tile cleaning and grout sealing.

Very well! Floor look great! They came on time, did the work in the time estimated. Gave us a new color grout that goes well with our decor. Price was very reasonable about $1 per square foot.

From the very start of my transaction...it was professional and knowledgable. Angela is a true professional in working with customers...she has great customer service skills...is pleasant and knowledgable. She worked with me in setting up my in-home estimate and then with the actual date for work to be done. Dillon is just as strong in his knowledge and ability to explain the process. He was a true professional...he was very considerate of my home and the work to be done. Dillon walked me through the process and then brought me in at different intervals of the process to show me his progress. The results are much more than the original presentation. Would recommend Groutsmith to anyone and everyone.

Dillon did a great job! I am very pleased with how it turned out and he was very helpful in providing advice on products to use and maintenance to keep the shower clean and looking good. Angela was great at getting us on the schedule in a timely manner.

Color sealing in bathrooms and sun room turned out a bit darker than expected. Clear sealant would have been the perfect solution as we really liked the original new grout color.

They did an excellent job. Removed old caulk and cleaned the surrounding area and installed new caulk. They did a better job than I expected. Would definitely use them again!

I couldn't be happier with the results. Kitchen floor looks brand new. Tile looks better and the grout looks brand new. Dillon was very professional and did an excellent job in a timely manner. Felt this method was superior to high pressure steam and sealant over tile and grout.

It turned out very well. It was very good. He was very neat and clean. When he left here, there was no mess. The waiting period was the hardest part until everything was set and that sort of thing. Otherwise, the experience was very good.

Dillon did a very good job cleaning and re-grouting a bathroom shower, and repairing the chips on tiles in my kitchen. Angela was great to coordinate and schedule all of the activities.

Dillon arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous. He was able to answer all of our questions. He did an amazing job of cleaning our tile and grouting and a fabulous job with sealing the grouting. In addition, Angela did a wonderful job with the scheduling of our consultation and then setting up the appointment time for Dillon to come out. She, too, was very courteous and professional. Communication with Groutsmith (via phone and email) was great, which is rare these days.

GroutSmith just completed a job in my kitchen. ANDREW was incredible. He was courteous, accommodating, knowledgeable and informative. Aside from doing a phenomenal and amazing match on my current grout ... he cleaned the kitchen when he was done. Not a speck of dust anywhere! Seriously. I am beyond impressed. Loos great. Andrew did a wonderful job.

The young man seemed very inexperienced and didn't really know, had to go ask, about the special I'd received. Said I can't get the special because he'd already come out and the special wouldn't cover the work so it would be much more than anticipated. Didn't know what he was doing or what he was supposed to be doing, Just left me with a bad feeling. I even called and asked the company if there was some kind of misunderstanding that I didn't get. I called again and they never called me back.

The team members were very responsive: appointment for estimate within the week, job done within two weeks from contact. All were very professional & timely. Workmanship was excellent. Outcome as good as could be expected given the types of tile and stone. (some things can't be made new again). We were very satisfied and would call upon this company again.

It went great! My counters look lovely and I can't wait to see how they hold up to washing and wear now that they are properly sealed. The corner of grout replacement in my shower is amazing. Honestly, I had considered trying to do that myself but I could not find a way to match the color of beige grout and caulk. The color matched very well and it looks great. The old grout had been cracked from settling for a while so I'm happy to have this corner of my shower sealed up. I will not know how it holds up for some time but it was expertly installed and very likely should wear very well. Groutsmith was easy to work with from the beginning. I bought the package before Christmas but I had so much going on that I asked to schedule in January. They were easy to work with and had lots of options for my rather wacky work schedule.

Great service ! The cost of the service was exactly as the Bid . David was our Tech , did a great and through job.

I had used every chemical and cleaner known on the market and nothing would removed the old gross, black mold and crud that had imbedded in the grout. There were some pieces of tile that were broken and blobs of extra grout around the joints from previous attempts to fix cracks. Additionally there was handpainted tile which was in great shape but every other company said they would have to tear out everything and destroy it in the process. These guys not only saved the tile, but it was like having a new shower at a huge savings. They were professional, on time, and did everything they promised to do.
