Description of Work: Joe Franco is very professional and did an excellent job showing us what they do and measuring the floor. The employee who was supposed to do the cleaning and sealing did not show up and did not call the company. they finally send out another employee who did an excellent job. Yes I would use them again.

Description of Work: Kitchen, bathrooms (2) tile and grout cleaning and sealing. Very nice gentleman did all the work. A little mis-communication from the man who bid the job and the woman who scheduled it. The work was well done except for some traces of sealant on some of my wood trim. I haven't tried getting it off yet. Don't know how well that will come off. Guaranteed for 10 years. That's nice! It looks wonderful!
