Dynamic Carpet cleaning is awesome. They returned my call within a couple of hours. Showed up on time. Cleaned the carpets and they looked great.

The technician arrived promptly, was very courteous, did a through job cleaning the carpets. We were very happy with the service, price, and professionalism of the Dynamic team from scheduling to actual work done.

It was fair. They didn't scotchgard it or put any kind of protectant down and so it got dirty again really fast. It looked clean after he left but...It was probably pretty close to the time we purchased it because the carpet really needed cleaning. Right after it was done, it was clean but I should have had some kind of protectant put down because it didn't stay clean long. But that has nothing to do with their cleaning. I wasn't here that day, I was at work.

It was okay. There were no additional fees. They did the job but I think the quality of their service was a little bit less than what I received from the people that I used before. I was displeased with the end product.

They put down a protector in breakfast room nook and close to the entryway. I paid them directly for that which was $20. 2 young guys, very nice they did a good job on the cleaning. It is so wet. I am concerned that it won't be dry in 8 hours and will be too wet to put the chairs back. all my chairs from breakfast nook and dining room table (6) and a stool - were moved into my kitchen. In the past, they put the chairs back. They didn't have anything to put under the legs. I can't do anything in my kitchen and can't move. They need to in the future, have something to put under chairs so they can be put back.

William was a very professional and courteous guy. He was friendly and did his job without alot of talking. He went the extra mile to make sure he got as much as the pet dander up as he possibly could! The house smells amazing now!

He did a great job of getting all the carpet, including the stairs. Because we didn't have 3 full rooms that we wanted done, he put (what I feel) was extra effort into the stairs & landing as well as our 2 living areas that we wanted cleaned. He was very conscientious to pre-treat everywhere before starting, which also made his work all-the-more effective.

It was good. There were no additional costs. The provider was very good. The service was very good. The carpet looked wonderful when they left. After everything was settled and over with, it was not what it appeared immediately afterwards. I went back to its old track marks. They were presentable and on time. I expected longer lasting effects.

Dynamic Carpet Care perform the cleaning of our carpet. It looks amazing. They were able to remove some spots that were an eye sore and now we can't even see them. What a great job! By using Angie's List, we have found a great carpet cleaning service and will certainly use them again in the future. A+++++

They were kind enough to do an after-hours service due to a tight schedule for getting the house on the market. The house smelled awesome when they were done and the carpets looked amazing. Jerry was polite and did a great job! I will certainly use them again at my new home.

We thought we would try this service provider on the upstairs carpet which is 10 years old (and we have 2 dogs). We've hired carpet cleaning companies in the past but this company provided the highest quality service by far. I was amazed at the results. Great job and we will hire this company again !

I made my appointment by calling Cody, for Wednesday Aug 26, 2015 at 8 am. Harrison was the technician, he arrived on time, set up and did an excellent job, he was done in a little over an hour and 15 minutes. Very please with quality of work, I will use them again! Dave Rubio

William came at appointment time. He explained what he was going to do and asked what I felt I needed done. We agreed on high traffic areas to be done. No big furniture needed to be moved. He was very accommodating and went straight to work and finished up in an hour or so. The carpets look great and I was happy with his work.
