Well. There were a few stains he couldn’t remove.

Viktor from Dynamic was very prompt on arrival. He even called to let me know that he had finished the previous job earlier and if I wanted he could come early. He was very professional, informative. He was always ready to answer any questions we had even while he was cleaning our carpets. When he finished with our carpets they looked almost brand new. Our carpet is 15+ years old and they were very stained. Viktor even helped me move a couple of items that were to awkward to move by myself. I will MOST DEFINITELY use Dynamic Carpet again and will certainly recommend them to my friends and family. I was amazed at how clean and bright my old carpet is. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you.

The cleaning employee that came to clean our house wore hiking boots with large waffle soles to clean my carpets. When he walked in and out of our house he did not put booties or anything over his boots. It was the morning of our first snow in Tulsa (11/12/18) and he tracked mud and leaves into our house that he ignored and I ended up cleaning up. He finished 4 large rooms and a staircase in under an hour (including setup and breakdown) and when I found 3 grease like spots on the living room floor that first off were not there before he came and that he had not cleaned effectively the cleaning employee told me he was aware of them and tried to clean them but they would not come up. I asked him to try again and he seemed peeved that I insisted, but he set up again and all three spots came up immediately. I can only assume that he was not trying to do a thorough job and was more than happy to leave a mess if i had not seen it. To put this particular cleaning service in perspective I have a $200 Bissell carpet cleaner that I purchased at Target 3 or 4 years ago and the carpet cleaning job that this cleaning technician performed was no better than what I could have done myself. The quality of the carpet cleaning service that we received was not what I would call professional or quality in any way.

Service was excellent. We had carpets cleaned in 3 bedrooms, living room and dining room. These guys were able to remove stains we never thought would come out. All carpets clean and fresh! Would definitely hire again.

The technician called me when he was on his way. Showed up on time and was very thorough. Best of all, the invoice matched the quote that I received online! No hidden fees. The staff looked very professional, were on time, and the job took about 45min to 1 hour for two rooms and a staircase. This was our first time to have a professional cleaning done ever. They left about 4pm Wednesday and Friday afternoon our carpets were still damp and now our front room has a smell like when clothes are left in the washer too long and start to stink like mildew-a sour smell. We didn’t know what to expect since it was our first professional cleaning but I’m reading online the carpet should never be damp after 10 hours? I finally brought a fan in today to try to help speed it up. Unable to call them at this time since it is now the weekend. I’m not liking the way our house smells and I’m not sure if this smell is something that can be fixed?
