After reading the positive reviews for Dynamic, I set an appointment. They were able to come out within a couple of days and Addison arrived promptly at 9:00. He was extremely professional and cleaned all the carpet in our house and asked me to let them know if we noticed any lingering odor. We are VERY happy with the results. Carpet that we thought was ruined is fresh and looks great. I did call back about one small area that needed re-cleaning and they were incredibly responsive and came out again the next day; that carpet is also odor-free and looks almost new again. I will absolutely use them again!

We did it ourselves last year after being disappointed with a national chain the year before. Never again! We were super pleased with Dynamic!

Miscommunication on time but they quickly rectified it very apologetic and my carpets look brand new and they are 12 years old. Dynamic sent a Thank you and an apology for the mix up yes I only use them

All went great and they were very kind and hard workers. My only disappointment was the hall carpet didn't seem to Get as clean as I would have liked and as weeks have gone by, it appears as though the dirty spots are returning. The rest of the cleaning was very good. I would definitely recommend this company. They communicated so well with me and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I will always use this company from now on.

Very professional. They were on time and efficient. Their work was excellent. They provided great customer service when they offered to remove stains and re-clean the carpet which had been cleaned by another company 2 days prior. The work was offered and done at no extra expense to us. They called days later to check on work and sent referral coupons.

smelled like dirt after carpets were cleaned - no animal stains came out - carpet is old, this may be why the result was what it was

Jerry was wonderful. Not only were the carpets cleaned and refreshed, he saw 2 old, broken tvs in the bedroom that were too heavy for me to move to the garage and he very kindly got them moved for me without my asking. Such a helpful and kind gesture when he was here working hard to clean my carpets!

I purchased a promotion they were running then 5 minutes later I called to schedule my appt. They answered on my 1st attempt & were able to schedule me within the next 3 days. Larry was on time, very pleasant, friendly & efficient. The carpets were damp & smelled good but I did noticed a few easy little stains that were missed. I was able to just quickly scrub them out myself.

They are awesome. They are very professional. They come out when they say they do, and then they are gone. Tell them to use them. Super nice people. I believe they are family owned. Very professional. They answer the phone promptly. They come out promptly. They do what they are suppose to do, and they are gone.

They were amazing! We have a VERY long side walk to reach the condo. They put on lots of extra hose ro make it work. This was the first carpet cleaner that was able to reach our condo with their machinery!
