Description of Work: Jerry from Dyanamic Carpet came March 18 to clean my carpets. He was here promptly at 8:am. He got right to work and was finished by 10;00am. My carpet looks amazing. I had some hot choc and tea stains and now they are all gone. It was a great job. I would definitely use this service again. Also "the price was right" |I give this service A+. |p lindstrom

Description of Work: Hired to clean carpet in a vacant house. Performance was not thorough. No real attempt to remove stains other than spraying something on them prior to cleaning. I was quoted one price on the phone but charged a higher price due to "miscommunication". Constantly pushing additional enzyme cleaner.

Ms [Member Name Removed], I am sorry you had a poor experience with our company. I take full responsibility for that and will assure you that we will correct the problem. I will have our GM reach out to you to discuss a resolution. The problem has been corrected already and at this point all I can do is mend the fence that was broken. I made a hiring mistake and I regret that this happened to you. One thing we do not have a problem with is turnover at our company so our techs have generally served with us for over 5 years with some having been with us for more than 14 yrs. That aspect truly makes us unique. However, hiring someone with 10+ yrs experience and great recommendations is not always the same as training them from a toddler and in this case I found out the hard way. The buck stops with me and I let you down. Please accept my apology and know that we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied. Thank you for your candid feedback even though it makes me cringe to hear it. We need to know when someone is not happy.
