From the emergency call at 10:00 p.m. to the final call when they came to pick up the fans and dehumidifiers, this company and its employees were prompt, professional and a pleasure to do business with. Dynamic worked seamlessly with my insurance company. While I hope I never need mitigation services again, if I do, I will call Dynamic.
Description of Work: A hose broke in my bathroom causing water to pour through the bathroom and my family room. I was referred to Dynamic by my plumber and even though it was almost 10:00 p.m. when I called, they were responsive and had an employee at my house promptly. He assessed the situation (I had already sopped up most of the water) and we made an appointment for them to come back the next day to begin the process of mitigating the damage. Each time an appointment was made they were on time or early. I was kept informed every step of the way and told what they would need to do (pull up wood floors, remove baseboards, drywall, ,etc.). They put at least 9 fans and dehumidifiers in the affected rooms in my home and after 3 days did a thorough check of all areas to see if any moisture remained.

He was very good and he was running late, but he called to let me know that he was going to be late. I was surprised that they only send one technician so they don’t move the furniture, they just move it so that they can clean quickly and put it back. He was good and nice, but it took him a little longer.

Appreciate the feedback. Sorry you were not 100% satisfied with the price. We are not the cheapest in town I will give you that but we're far from the most expensive. Also, those low-ball cheap ads you sometimes see turn into after the job surprises or after the arrival surprises and we just won't do that. Last year I used DYNAMIC CARPET CARE to do some routine cleaning of my carpet. I received a post card from the company and decided to give them a call. The representatives at Dynamic did a fine work with the tasks and were very professional and punctual throughout the whole process. I would recommend this company moving forward and plan on using them again myself for all my carpet cleaning needs.
