Dynamic Carpet Care

The service was fine. I feel like they may have left the carpets pretty wet afterwards. One technician came out and completed the job in about an hour and a half. They cleaned 3 bedrooms, a living room and hallway. The technician was very professional and did a fine job. I just think the scotch guarding made the carpets so wet and it took a day or two for the carpets to completely dry. I had no problem scheduling the service.

The service went well. They cleaned 5 bedrooms, living room, dining room and 2 halls. Two technicians came out for the service. They did a thorough job and did the best they could. The carpets looked good after the job and the staff was courteous. I had no problem scheduling the service.

One technician come out and completed the job in less than an hour. They cleaned cleaned 4 rooms and hall. He was okay but I was not happy with the result. After the carpets were dry, some spots came up and he used a deodorizer that was strong. I had no difficulties scheduling the service.

Didn't try to "upsell" additional protections, brighteners - all the upcharges other companies have tried to tack on once they are here instead of getting to work and cleaning the carpets. This is my new go to for a carpet cleaner. Overall a great experience. I'm going to call today to have another 2 rooms cleaned.

I was very impressed with this company. I purchased an Angie's list deal and was contacted very quickly to schedule an appointment. I was a little disappointed at first that they did not have any appointments on a weekend but they were very accommodating and were able to schedule a time later in the day so I did not have to miss work. The man arrived promptly and was very professional. He explained what he was going to do and worked quickly but efficiently. He offered us some of the other services they offer but was not at all pushy. I have found sometimes companies offer these deals to get in your house and then make the hard sales pitch to sell you extras. That was not the case with this company. They were very professional and courteous. The carpets looked great once they finished. I was very pleased with my interactions with this company and will definitely use them again.

This is the second time to use them. Both times the staff were very punctual, courteous, and quick to get the job done. For this job I called them the day before and they were able to work me in to their schedule the very next day.

I was very impressed with this company. We had a water pipe burst and flood both of our daughters' bedrooms. The company was very quick to respond. They were very prompt and polite. I love that it is a family business. They used water extractors to suction all the water out of the carpet. Then they placed powerful fans all over to make sure everything was dry.

Results were better than expected

The carpets looked good but the pet odor was still there even the next day.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it did not turn out well. They came and cleaned the carpet. We left at the same time so I closed the house up for two days. When I came back the house smelled bad. Right now, I have used, probably, everything I can think of to get rid of the smell but it still stinks. Whatever they did brought out whatever was in the carpet bad. They said they could do it again, but it would cost me $175 plus another $75 for enzymes in the carpet and they could not guarantee anything. I am not having them do that because I can probably replace the carpet. I had to pay a little extra because I originally had them clean extra rooms. I was thinking they would add a deodorizer to the carpet, but I do not know whether they did or not. I did like the fact that they had the extraction tool out front in the truck and that was a good thing. I wanted everything out of the carpet that could possibly be gotten out of it.

They were wonderful. He showed up to the first appointment and my daughter was not ready. He spent 15 minutes telling us what we need to do to get ready. He was very friendly. He showed up to the second appointment and came in and did a very quick and thorough job. I thought that is was well worth the price. He was careful and showed up on time. He did a really good job and I was very surprised at the work. I would use them again.

I scheduled the cleaning for Dec 23rd and they weren't too busy to do it. They were ahead of schedule and called us to let us know they could come an hour earlier so we were happy as it gave more drying time. They worked well and paid extra attention to where our little Scottie decided to go in the hallway instead of outside.!! The carpets looke great. The kitchen tile and grout had some ground in sheetrock dust from years ago when I decided to make some cut-outs of the walls. The floor looked great. We will definetly use them again.

On time, courteous. Spot treated first then cleaned. Carpet looked great, dried quickly.

My parents live in Okmulgee and thought they needed a new carpet because of severeal severe stains whiich had not come out previously. I use Angies List for all my work so pulled up Dynamic Carpet Care and visited with Daryl. He answered all my questions and assured me that although an hour away, the company could clean the carpet and had no problem getting there. I live in Dallas so drove up to supervise and was extremely happy with their work. The two young men arrived in a nice van exactly on time, in uniform and were very professional. We discussed the cleaners and stain protector to make sure none would affect my dad's COPD. Deodorizer was not used. All else waThen they determined price and went to work.s fine as no significant smell. They worked hard to get up the tough stains sussessfully and finished within an hour. We will use them exclusively in future. My mother is thrilled with the results (carpet looks like new ) as is my dad who now doesn't have to purchase new carpet. I only wish they could be in Dallas as I would use them too. Customer service and products could not be beat.

Jerry and his assistant were running a tad late BUT he called to tell me before he was actually late! Very nice! They did a great job cleaning the carpet. Jerry is a true professional and very nice. He is dedicated to his work and made sure I was satisfied before they left. I will use them every time from now on.

Very responsive in getting on the problem, fans left for several days until they were satisfied that no moisture left. I did have to then hire someone else to replace baseboards and paint same. (not part of their service). A bit pricey, but way cheaper than having to replace the carpet.

I bought a house recently and wanted to have the carpets cleaned before I moved in. There were significant stains in every room, so I had hoped having a professional cleaning company would do better than renting a carpet cleaner (I've read that those rental cleaners never do as well as the professionals). Dynamic had the best price, were helpful, and willing to work with my schedule. Everything was great, except the stains remain. I understand that stains are tough, but I read several reviews saying that professional carpet cleaners got the stains out of their carpets, so I was hopeful. I would use this company again if I had new carpet that only needed cleaning and not stain removal because everything else about the experience was great.
