Description of Work: They did a good job and made sure I got the certification information I needed to ensure that my carpet warranty is maintained. It was very quick. The carpet wasn't really dirty but in order to keep the warranty in effect I must have the carpets professionally cleaned every 2 years. The carpet dried pretty quickly as well.

Description of Work: While in the midst of replacing the roof on our home we experienced a long night of un-forecast thunderstorms and heavy rain. water severely damaged the walls, ceiling, insulation & interior finish of 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, hallways, laundry & kitchen of our home. Allstate insurance sent Dynamic to us to help mitigate the water damage incident. Their crew was prompt, professional and hard-working. They traveled across the state to our location arriving in just a few hours. The crew wore clean, neat uniforms with company logos. It was a long, hot, messy day for the two men. They tested walls & ceilings to locate hidden moisture, removed drywall & insulation wherever necessary and tried to avoid any additional damage. they drilled ventilation holes at the base of the walls and set up 24 high-speed blowers and 5 dehumidifiers. I was very impressed with their courtesy and professionalism. I highly recommend their services.
