Description of Work: We had our original 1927 porcelain tub refinished and he did great. Very straightforward job...He is also very careful to clean up after with minimal dust left. Would definitely use again. You can see teeny tiny flaws in the finish but that's just the way it goes. I'm super happy with the results.

Description of Work: Douglas Ball with Bathroom Magic reglazed my 35-year-old tub recently and did so in a punctual and professional manner. But what I particularly appreciated was the five year guarantee on his work and the effort he took in explaining how to care for the tub.
