Excellent! Hardly any smell. The owner of the company was punctual and professional. Very tidy and cleaned up after the work. The quote they emailed me was reasonable. The results - fabulous!!! I would recommend them highly!

The tub reglazing turn out very nice. The process was very fast. The gentleman doing the work was very polite. He was late showing up for the appointment but that was because he had car trouble. He did want to reschedule, but I told him it needed to be done that day because that was the only bathroom in the house. He then arranged for alternate transportation and showed up quickly. I would definitely hire Bathroom Magic again.

Great. Previous owners of our house had somehow managed to put deep scratches in the bottom of white tub. They tried to camefloge it by painting over it with light gray paint. That is GONE now! Yay!

Called their office and made an appointment for service. Dog and Jared (father and son) arrived on time at 730 am described the process, it took just under 3 hours and my bath tub looks like new!

The owner arrived exactly when he said he would. He placed a sheet on the carpet and then placed in his equipment on the sheet. Half-way through the process, he had to wait about 10-15 minutes for things to set and we visited. He was very personable. After he finished, he took his things out and left everything sparking clean. The refinish job was shiny and like new. Before he left, he went over the precautions needed to maintain the finish. IThey were a little more than I had expected (such as not putting a bath mat over the side of the tub or leaving shampoo bottles in the corner), but very doable.

The person came on time and was professional. Took the time to explain process. He taped everything in the bathroom. He took of the actual drain cover and this was difficult for me to put back on. He told me to not use the tub in 48 hours and I waited 72 hrs just to make sure.When I put back the drain cover I did scratch a little part. The surface was bit bumpy and he told me it would be that way. It was very white and looked new. The caulking around the tub was not very neat. Overall I would give them a B

5' tub installed with house at time of construction (1940's), starting to show its age. Called Bathroom Magic. They were prompt at a 7:30 a.m. appointment. Job took about 3 hours. Looks new. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I have a garden tub with spa jets. It had been damaged by using abrasive cleansers. There were spots that I couldn't get clean. Bathroom Magic came out and within 3 hours had my tub looking like new. This is a family owned business. Every person that I dealt with was very professional, from the son who came out and gave me the estimate, to the wife who set up the appointment for the work, to the husband who actually did the job. The husband was very careful not to damage the wall paper on the walls that surround my tub. My tub is beautiful now. I highly recommend their services.

I called them to find out how much it would cost, and why I should refinish instead of get a liner for my bathtub. They gave me the pros and cons of both, and I was very happy with the information they provided. I made an appointment, and they showed up on time. Unfortunately, my bathtub had a little bit of a drip from the faucet, which would have really screwed up their work. Fortunately, they were able to fix a funnel from the faucet to the drain so that they were able to continue anyway. The finished bathtub looks so wonderful! People look at it, and say "nice." Then they do a double take and ask "Is that really the same tub???" It looks brand new. And Bathroom Magic was a pleasure to do buisness with. I really couldn't be happier!

Doug and Jared gave me an estimate over the phone based upon my description of the damage. They showed up exactly when they said they would, repaired the damage so that even I could not tell there had ever been any damage and cleaned up so you could never tell they were there. They were cordial, professional and completed the job very quickly. I was truly amazed at the quality of work after dealing with many different contractors over the years, most of who could not be depended upon to follow through, and most whom charged way too much for what they did.
