They are a local company - I had seen their advertisement and that?s how I came to know about them. We had discovered what we thought might be termite damage and called them out, and they came the same day to inspect. They verified that we had termites and arranged to come out and do the initial treatment. They installed the Sentricon system and their knowledge of what was going on was accurate. We?ve had zero problems with termites since. I am very comfortable with them. I get a report every time they come out that tells us what the status of all the stations are and if they had to put any in. Their responsiveness has always been very good. I have called them on a couple of other things and they?ve always come out in a very reasonable amount of time. If I call in to check on something or if I need to reschedule a time or if I?ve wanted to talk to them about relocating the stations, they?ve always been very responsive. There is no specific time, per se, but they are always here when they say they are going to be here. They always call ahead to make sure it is convenient to come out. The maintenance contract costs around $350 a year - we didn?t do a lot of shopping around but that price seems fair. I have recommended them to two neighbors.

HOWEVER, as time went by we began to see more and more bugs in the house. We thought it might be the cold weather, so we told both the exterminator and the company to begin the monthly service vs. the quarterly that we had been on. Well, months literally went by and no one from the company came by OR called. After several months passed we received a call from the company asking if we wanted to resume our service. I said you must be kidding! I asked where they had been for the past several months and was told that they kinda forgot us. Naturally, I did not resume our service with this company, nor would we ever again.

Estimator prompt and professional. Work done well and professionally. The only complaint was that after we had made extra effort, including leaving work early, to be at home on time, we had to call company to find out that the person applying treatment was running 2 hours late. Once he arrived, rain determined that we should wait until the next week. The appointment was scheduled for 8:30 the next Friday, then we again had to call to see why he was not there. (They said he was scheduled for PM not what they told us the previous Friday.) Showed up this time when they said he would. Would use them again, but would request the technician contact us if the scheduling changes.

We are pleased with the service we receive from Arrow Exterminators Incorporated. They always call before they show up and always on time. We always have the same service man which is nice because we have built a friendly relationship. We even signed a year contract with them and pay monthly.

They arrived when they were scheduled and placed the boxes around. They work well. We have them come on a monthly basis to change the boxes and we've had no problems since they have been coming. The price is for the first twelve months after that, it drops to half of that. We plan on continuing to use them and recommend them as well.

Overall, fairly good. Time will tell on extermination and pest control. Have more activity scheduled.

THEIR PRODUCT REALLY WORKS. I BELIEVE THE TERMITES ARE LEAVING. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, AND FINISH IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WOULD REFER THIS COMPANY TO OTHERS.

WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM THROUGHOUT THE YEARS. THEY ALWAYS LET US KNOW THAT THEY ARE HERE BEFORE THEY START WORKING. THEY DO VERY LITTLE DAMAGE TO OUR YARD. THEY ARE EXCELLENT.

I THINK THEIR PRICE IS COMPETITIVE. I DON'T REALLY HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH BUGS IN-BETWEEN SPRAYINGS. I WOULD NOT USE ANYONE ELSE BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE BEST SERVICE IN TOWN.

THEY CHECK FOR TERMITES AND ALSO REBATE THE CENTRICON SYSTEM. THEY COME OUT ONCE A MONTH. THE PRICE IS REASONABLE, AND THEY ARE RELIABLE. I WOULD REFER THEM TO OTHERS.

THEY CALL TO MAKE SURE WE ARE HOME BEFORE COMING OUT TO SPRAY OUR PROPERTY. THEY ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY WHEN THEY ARE IN OUR HOME. WE ARE SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR SERVICES.

THIS COMPANY GAVE ME ONE QUOTE OVER THE PHONE AND THEN TURNED AROUND AND CHARGED ME A DIFFERENT PRICE WHEN THEY CAME OUT. ANYONE USING THEM SHOULD BE VERY CAREFUL TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT CHARGED TOO MUCH.

THEY WERE ON TIME TO DO THEIR JOB. THEY DID THE JOB THE WAY THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD. WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED, THEY PICKED UP EVERYTHING. I HAVENT SEEN ANY BUGS IN A MONTH.

THEY ARE PROMPT. THEY GET IN QUICKLY AND DO A GREAT JOB. THEY DONT LEAVE BEHIND AN ODOR OR LARGE AMOUNTS OF CHEMICAL. I CAN TELL A BIG DIFFERENCE SINCE STARTING THE SERVICE.

WE NOTICED AS SOON AS THEY INSTALLED THE SYSTEM THERE WAS A DEFINITE CHANGE. THERE WERE FEWER TERMITES AND THEN THERE WERE NONE. THE FEE FOR THE SERVICES WERE WELL WORTH THE PRICE. THEY COME OUT YEARLY TO MAKE SURE THE SYSTEM STILL WORKS.

WHATEVER PRODUCTS THEY USE ARE GREAT. WE HAVEN'T SEEN A BUG SINCE THEY STARTED TAKING CARE OF US. THEY ALWAYS PRESENT A SUMMARY OF WHAT THEY DID TO THE CUSTOMER, AND IF THEY FEEL ADDITIONAL ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN THEY WILL LET YOU KNOW.

I WILL KEEP USING THIS COMPANY, BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY THIS COMPANY PERFORMS. THEY COME AND SPRAY THE OUTSIDE OF MY HOME WHEN I AM NOT HOME EVERY THREE MONTHS A YEARS.

THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY I CALLED FOR SERVICE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TOOK CARE OF ALL OF THE MICE, MAKING SURE THEY DIDNT LEAVE ANY AT ALL. I WAS TREATED WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY WHILE THEY WERE IN MY HOME.
