I have been with Arrow Exterminators on and off for almost ten years. This is the first negative review I have given on here. When you call them and ask to speak with someone in billing, it goes to a voicemail that isn't set up then hangs up on you. When you try to visit the office in person to the address listed on their website in OKC, it does not exist. I have been calling Arrow weekly to get a charge removed (it was a completion of service for a fifty square foot room, that they did not go out of the way for) for two months. This has been a waste of my time and energy. The mysterious Linda who maybe is the manager has never once tried to call. No one else that works there has the ability to help. All of this over $25. The issue here is with the management that obviously doesn't care about their customers. Don't trust a company that you can't speak with management on the phone or in person.

They are like all gone. At least the carpenter ants. They are the ones that eat the wood. There was a lot of evidence that they were around cause you see the sawdust. Now there is no more sawdust. I would never pay that for regular ants. I'd just set some ant traps. We knew we had to take care of this cause we had a lot of sawdust in the garage in one corner. Then we saw that there was an infestation. We know that from other people that if you don't' take care of carpenter ants that they really cause a big problem.

They used to do our termites extermination. Probably like 6, 7 years ago, they use to do that for us. We stopped do it just because we could not afford to keep paying for that. The termites are gone. It was monthly. They send somebody monthly to check the termite bait traps and see if there was any activity and then put poison if there was. We used them for several years. I don't remember what it was a month. It was a lot of money

In truth I really didn’t want have to take to the internet to give a “bad” review however Arrow Exterminators poor customer service and total lack of responsiveness have left me with no choice. We hired Arrow exterminators to do a total treatment of our home. I thought it was odd that they required full payment up front (Other exterminators we hired in the past have wanted a deposit and the rest after treatment) and that should have been a red flag. However we paid then $1800 and they came out to treat our house on July 3rd. They said it would take them from 0900 to 17-1800 to complete the treatment. I got a call at about 1545 stating they were done and it would be OK to reenter the house after 1800. I thought it was odd that they finished up so far ahead of schedule, but when questioned the exterminator stated things went better than expected and they finished early. We returned to the house and early on the 4th it was clear that the treatments were not successful. Due to the holiday I was unable to contact them until the 5th. As a result they came out and sprayed again (early and it was an extra service) then at the two week mark they sprayed again (per the original agreement). After that the problem was persistent. I contacted Jeremy Shipman again and even after I acknowledged that I understood they offered no warranty for their service and said I was willing to pay for additional treatment he didn’t seem to be able to get past the fact that this company offers no guarantees on their service. However after a bit he said he would get me a quote on retreatment both full and partial (because after treatment the problem was significantly reduced) to see if we could get this thing knocked out once and for all. That was a month ago. My voice mails have gone unreturned and the company has been supper unresponsive (even though I am offering to pay more). Now after a month we will have no choice but to get a total retreatment and spend several thousand more dollars with someone else it appears. So if you want a company that is just going to take your money and run with no regard to the effectiveness of their service then Arrow is the company for you. If you want something more for your money then find a different exterminator.

It went very good. We've had them now for a year or a year and a half for outside mice and inside mice and everything else. The price is very fair. They are very good.

I've been using Arrow Exterminators for two years now. Jimmy has done inspections on 6 houses for us now. He does a through job and will continue to call them in the future.

All of their people seem to be trained in relations with the customer. They go out of their way, they remember your name and they say something to you that relates directly to you so you know that they’re paying attention. We had used other companies and they were not reliable; they sent me somebody different every time they came. They seem to be anxious to do whatever it was that you needed done. We signed on with them more as a trial than anything else but we’ve been using them ever since and wouldn’t think of changing. They’d like to have everyone as a friend. They tell me when they would be here, they call when they’re on their way, and they’re always here within just a few minutes.

The house we just moved in to had a roach problem. The landlord called Arrow, they came out that day to do an inspection. Ty looked over the house, told me what he'd like to do and quoted me a price. We scheduled the "clean out" service for this past Saturday. It was a day after a huge tornado so I was concerned no one would show up. Eric did show up, just a little late, as was to be expected considering the damage to the area. I did call the office to verify someone was still going to be coming out. The lady I spoke with, was so very nice and helpful. We're new to the area and she even told me a bit about the area I'd moved to and some fun things to do. We left and came back a few hours later, Eric was gone but the house was treated. I do feel like I should see more evidence of the treatment, all I've seen was a little bit of wet spray on the kitchen floor in front of the pantry. I know he said he was going to use some kind of dust as well, but I haven't seen any. I've never had an exterminator. I don't know if I should see more evidence of treatment or not. I have seen a few(like four) dead bugs the last two days. I just hope it works. They are supposed to come out monthly for re-treatment, so I will update as the service progresses. I did quite like both of the technicians, they took the time to answer my questions and concerns, and to explain exactly what they would do. I do have a 10 month old daughter and a dog, so I was very concerned about the chemicals and such. I think that may be why I don't see any evidence of the treatment, they actually took the time to do it properly instead of just slopping the stuff wherever. All in all I have been very pleased with the service.

The guy who came to my house is excellent, Mark, he did a really good job, and very efficient. I never dealt with anybody else, that's the reason why I stayed with them. If he is going to be late, he will call. Their price is reasonable, and the chemical that he uses is good because I have fewer problems.

They made a quick appointment & showed up promptly. Tech was knowledgeable & got the job done in good time. Company was understanding when Mortgage dragged & if I had known about the delay possible I would have written them a check instead of rolling their payment into the refinance. The only bad thing about the experience was that I felt bad about making them wait so long for payment.

They are thorough and good. They are always on time.

We are fairly pleased with Arrow's services. We have done a lot of landscaping that has required some of the Sentricon traps to be replaced, and Arrow has quickly installed new ones. Our disappointment has been more with Sentricon which continually reduces the inspections. It started monthly, then reduced to every two months, now quarterly even when there is termite activity.

We've been really happy with them. You can personalize your choices. If you have a problem, they will come back at no additional fee. They give a reminder call before they come. They're always on time. They're very polite and knowledgeable. The people that come out know what they're doing.

They were punctual and they do follow up really well. They made sure everything was to my satisfaction.

They always call to tell you that they're coming or to set up an appointment for a certain day so that you can expect them. They seem to do a good job. We don't have any ant problems anymore. They're pretty thorough overall.

They come out quarterly but they charge me $300 once a year. They actually charge me about $1200. They set all the traps out and they check them every year three or four times for $300. They have found some termites and they are treating them. They come pretty much on schedule quarterly and most of the times I never know they were here. They just leave the invoice on the door. I would probably use them again in the future.

They are very dependable and reliable. Their treatment is very effective. They call me a day before coming out to provide notice.

They are friendly and prompt. We have used them for several years.

We have liked them for years. That is the only one we use, and that is the only one that I am going to call. They are changing our Sentricon service to quarterly or something like that. They are changing it to a baited system from an un-baited one. They are fine. They are punctual. They will tell me when they can come and they will be here. They are great. I have never checked the competition but I would say that their price is good.

Arrow Exterminators comes to our home annually for termite control services. We have a Sentricon system outside that we purchased and they check it for termites. I typically do not see the staff, they come over and take care of the check without any issues. We will continue to use them for pest control service.

They have been really friendly, but I still have an issue with the mice. They have been coming out for about two years. I thought I would be rid of them by now.

The original office was in Tulsa, but I know they opened an office in Oklahoma City. They may have an office in Norman. When I first started using them they were in Tulsa. I needed to call them and ask them if they have been out lately. They are supposed to come out every quarter. I know they were out in the summer, but I was thinking I hadn't seen them in a while so I was wondering if I was going to have to call and check. They charge us on a yearly basis. The original baiting system was a lot, in thousands. Their price is probably about what everybody's is. There are no issues with the termites. They have come out when they said they were going to come out. I would use them again in the future.

Their price depends on the service and is anywhere between $55.00 and $125.00. They kill the bugs and I see fewer bugs, so that's good. They are coming out this week.
