Thank you for your review. We are deeply sorry we could not convey the value we provide in a new system installation to you vs the other company. Unfortunately, we can not always be the cheapest. We do know however, that we do provide the most value in an installation and would never be beat in price for "apples to apples", in fact we guarantee that. We do many things that others don't, and sometimes it's hard to convey that. Obviously we did not do a good enough job in that area, and for that we apologize. I hope that should you need a professional, quality company in the future, you will give us another opportunity to show you! Thank you again!

Description of Work: replaced all the guts in a toilet tank that was rusty and leaking ($110 water bill) and checked for any other leaks or needs in the rest of the house. Put on his blue shoe covers each and every time he came into the house. Very respectful and considerate. Told me how much the charge would be after he looked at it and took his time, but the bill didn't reflect that, he only charged me what he said from the beginning. Plus, I got a 15% discount for signing up for a yearly maintenance program, very good value. And he let me use a coupon as well! I was quite shocked actually, I've NEVER thought I got a good deal from a plumber until now. He's got all our future business!

Description of Work: We have had a maintenance contract with Air Assurance for at least 8 years. They're great. They also replaced our 20-year old AC and heating and are always right there when we've had problems with both our old and new AC & heating. We won't use anyone else. They are the greatest. They also work on Saturdays when we need our maintenance check. This is great since we both work. They're scheduled to come out May 24th for our spring mainentance check. We look forward to seeing Jerry (their technician) again. He's super professional and a all-around plesant person. |

Description of Work: Came out on 2 separate occasions, once on weekend, to fix our heater. Once the igniter went out and 2 weeks later the sensor went out so the unit wouldn't cycle. In both cases, the service requests were taken quickly and courteously and the technicians arrived as scheduled. They fixed the problems quickly, no unexpected costs, and had a good attitude while working.

[Member name removed], I'm terribly sorry for whatever miscommunication occurred. Our dispatching software allows us to make sure these problems don't occur so I researched what happened. You called on Thursday, the 23rd at 845am. Our dispatcher was to have a plumber contact you at your request. At 10:54am we returned your phone call and left a 27 second voice mail for you. We had not received a return call, so we once again called you back at 1:27pm and again got no answer. We would love to take care of you but obviously did not connect somehow.
