Description of Work: They did well. However, I was not impressed by your "special offer" which resulted in me paying their usual call out fee plus your "special offer" fee! Gee thanks! What a deal... for you, that is! I will never use any special offers you make available in the future.

Description of Work: I gave a review last year on their great job of installing new a/c unit. their most recent visit was to check the heat/heat pump, put in new filter (this filter is pricey but you only change it out every year. I change my filters every month so I guess cost balances out) they are prompt, professional and very thorough. If I need heat, air work, I wouldn't call anyone else!

Description of Work: Checked and cleaned flame sensor probe, burner assys and gas orifices, checked ad tested high temp safety limits and induced draft safeties. Performed combustion analysis to assure systems are operating safely and to optimize heating efficiency. |Applied BBJ antimicrobial treatment to evaporator coils. It went great as it always does. They are so good and kind and answers all and any questions you have. I would never change companies.

Description of Work: The technician came to my house and quickly diagnosed the problem (leaky toilet supply), told me what would need to be fixed, set to work and was out the door in an hour. The fix has been in place over a month now and all seems to be well. I can't recommend these people enough based on this case.

Description of Work: Installed new heat and air systems. Have handled minor plumbing problems with their new plumbing service. They deserve AA+ in all categories. They put in our new heating system; then we got a new roof. The roofers drove nails thru their tubing in the attic. Air Assurance went above and beyond the call of duty and did the repair when it was clearly the roofers fault. While we were waiting our new air conditioning, they came out and added freon at no charge to us while we were sweltering.

Description of Work: I am under the yearly plan, that I pay $12.00 a month and that covers the maintenance and check-ups. They put a new system in last year ad they were great. Also, gave me a wonderful price. Wouldn't trade them for the world.

Description of Work: AIR ASSURANCE installed a new Heating & Air unit in my house in 2006 about $8000.00 and did a great job, every year since that install Air Assurance has maintained both the heating and Air unit. I pay an annual fee of about $150.00 for the service which includes, twice a year service calls. Other than filter replacements I haven't had any other expenses during that entire time. There were two factory warranties also taken care of by Air Assurance both identified and repaired during the annual check-ups at no cost to me.
