Description of Work: I called to make an appointment for my blower motor to my a/c unit. The bearings were locking up in the fan and it would stop at various times until it completely stopped rotating. When I made the appointment I had paid for a seasonal service coupon on angies list that would do a seasonal servicing. The man that initially came out was polite enough The fan started working while he was there so we decided to just watch it. There were no other services performed, no cleaning or anything. The fan stopped the next day so we had him come back out and he did not know how to remove the motor from the ceiling, approx. 1 hour he was there trying to figure a way to get it out. He finally told me to cut a hole in the ceiling next to the unit so he would have access and he would come back. I made a hole where he told me to and he came back and there was no access, still no progress. This was in the sweltering heat of summer. He came back again with another guy and they were about to give up when this other guy figured out the two screws that removed this unit easily. After waiting a week for a motor, the original guy (maybe his name was steve) comes back to install the motor with the two squirrel cages that he had taken the week prior and installs. The thing sounded like an airplane taking off, I was horrified. He said well, my two squirrel cages were bent and would have to be replaced which would cost hundreds more. I told him they had never made any sound. He left and I called his boss and asked for someone else to come out and look at the unit. Well, a guy by the name of Mike (I think) Betor comes out and I wish to God this guy had come initially. This Mike come in, has the unit out in a minute, he goes and configures how to use two cages he buys and custom fits outside his service van and has it back together by the end of the day. He was like superman. He was the professional I had wanted to begin with and it would have gone a lot differently. If you do decide to use this company.....use only Mr. Betor. You will not regret it. Save yourself a lot of frustration and down time with this fellow.

Description of Work: We got new ducts put into our ceiling. New air conditioner. They had the best design for our house that has vaulted ceilings. They were also fair in their pricing compared to other companies. They were clean and efficient. I highly recommend them!!!

Description of Work: Air assurance recently replaced my heating and air system in my home. They went over all the options beforehand and I made a selection. They quickly scheduled the work. It took two days. They were courteous and professional. They did excellent work and cleaned up the work areas well. The final bill was as quoted. My new system works great!

Description of Work: I called for them to check a water leak coming from our a/c unit and they told me that they charge $104 just to come and check, and do an estimate. Thanks, but no thanks.
