Did an excellent job in a timely manner.

The latest occasion was this past December 2013 for interior work. the work was extensive. Eden's was great. Everyone from the office staff to the team that came out to do the work was professional, friendly, worked with us on the best solution for us. We never felt pressured. The team that came in to do the work was awesome. We basically lived in the only room of the house that wasn't affected by the work, the kitchen. I was amazed by how clean they kep the house since it was interior piering, laying of concrete, and stitching! I can't say enough good things about them.

They worked efficiently and completed the work in a timely fashion. They arrived on time and work throughout the entire day. The only thing that held them up was rainy weather.

No work was ever scheduled because I received no response to my request to schedule an estimate

From start to finsh, the crew were very professional. Upon arrival, they went right to work on my house. I was surprised when they had finished in the mid afternoon. They checked the inside of my house several times to make sure the house was leveled correctly. Their price was half of what I had been told by another company.

We were provided with an estimate and a set of realistic expectations. The crew arrived in a timely manner and began by locating my existing under-floor ducts. The holes drilled were strategically located to get good distribution and perform the needed lifting while also taking advantage of closet space and areas behind doors. They took care to closely monitor the lifting and verify the level of door openings. Within a day they cured at least a half dozen improper fitting doors both up and down stairs. I saw significant improvements in all but one door (upstairs) and was told before they began work that it may not be possible to see results in that door due to location. We are still noticing small improvements that have come from this adjustment almost daily. The gentlemen were professional, courteous and more than willing to explain the steps they performed. After the injections were completed I requested a quick check of the plenum in my duct system and they were glad to show that it was completely clear of obstruction. By the time they left it was impossible to tell they had been doing such major work on our home.

It went well, from start to finish. The representative from Edens was at the house several days earlier than our structural engineer because they had a cancellation and it was a convenient time for us. He gave us his evaluation but said he would wait to see if the engineer concurred with his suggestions. When we got the engineers report, we forwarded it to Edens who then gave us a price. (And a discount for having an engineer inspect before they did the work. ) We set a date for repairs that was within 2-3 weeks of their first visit. They had a crew available a week earlier than scheduled, but we weren't able to take advantage of it. They were able to get to us a day earlier than expected and that afternoon had all the piers dug and in place ready to jack the foundation up the next morning. They were waiting on me when I got there the next morning to let them in and they put a level on all of the window and door jambs and then starting raising the foundation. It was raised and level in minutes. The engineer arrived and reinspected and Edens had the holes where the piers had been placed filled in and were leveling the ground out around them 45 minutes later. They replaced concrete that had to be removed along the edge of the house and repaired the large crack in the mortar between the bricks that had been there before they started working. All told, they were at the house and did the work in less than 24 hours. The large crack in a master bath closed up noticeably. It went from us being able to put a thumb inside it to not being able to get a 'pinky' finger in it. We were pleased. They were friendly and fairly priced, we'd expected it to be much more for the amount of work we did. We are pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Good. All of the cracks closed up and pier hole are barely noticeable. Carpet replaced OK.

It went well, we ended up not using them only because we removed the slab instead of piering it.

You could barely tell they were there. They cleaned up well. They did an excellent job.

I will be keeping Edens in mind when I determine I need more assistance with my foundation.

The crew was great. They did a great job cleaning up and replacing a scrub that had to be removed. The gentleman who came for the final walk through with me repaired a corner piece of slab that had been broken before the pier was installed. After that corner of the house was lifted the broken corner really stood out. I appreciate his willingness to help patch the area.

The inspector was honest and let us know that we did not have foundation problems, but settling from living in an old house. I appreciated his not scamming us into spending thousands of dollars on a non-issue. We will definitely recommend Edens to others.

They were ok. Everything was fine. The guy told me to do a walkthrough. They were real nice. They did leave some place for the way the carpet was cut. After looking at it after a few days, there are still a lot of bumps. I think they did not use self-leveling concrete to cover up all the bumps. That was my concern. The pricing was ok. They were on time. They were pretty professional.

Work was done before I took possesion of the house but before numerous doors outta alignment and cracks in house and out. After done all doors worked perfectly some it obiviously worked, while they didn't repair previous damage, no other damage resulted and they cleaned up so well there was no sign they were there.

Eden's arrived on the scheduled date and advised my husband how to fix our foundation problem. They said it was worth him trying to fix it and showed him what to do. If that did not fix the problem, they said to call them back. They charged us nothing for the service call - impressive.

Edens was very professional. I liked everything about them except their price. Since the work was going to be done to an engineer's spec, I chose a lower cost company.

The gentleman was very nice. He looked at all the areas that were my concern took some level measurements. He then told me that although there were some slight veriances that it was not anything to require structural intervention at that time. He advised me on what to look for to determine if the problem was becoming worse. I was very impressed as he could have easily had me believe that I needed to spend thousands of dollars immediately to fix a problem that did not really require it.

Got an estimate to correct some slab idiosyncrasies resulting from previous efforts to level the slab of our house by another company. The inspector was professional and helpful answering all my questions. The estimate to raise and level the slab with lifting foam ended up costing more than was left in the annual house repair budget, so for now the floor remains uneven. May use them in the future.

I contacted the company for an estimate regarding foundation repair. Even though they are based in Tulsa, the company was very responsive and easy to work with. Ultimately, we had to go with another bid since this company did not have a financing option, but if they did I would have gladly used them. The owner did the inspection and was on time. The staff followed up and even worked to see if they could be added to our Home Visa account. The account did not cover foundation repair, but my experience with them was very positive.

Eden did a phenomenal job. It is now nearly 10 years after the installation and the work is holding up. They removed an old (abandoned) brick sidewalk prior to performing the piering. I told the contractor that I didn't care whether or not they put the old brick walkway back in. Two days later, the brick walkway was back and in great condition. Well, better condition than they found it it. Good job Eden!
