Edens Structural did an excellent job of installing a French drain and making crawl space repairs based on an AEI Engineers report. Edens finished this work within four - five business days and cleaned up after themselves before leaving my property. The project cost $8100 but is worth every penny to keep my crawlspace dry and prevent erosion to my home's foundation. Everyone at Edens was very understanding and answered any questions that I had about the project, before, during, and after. I highly recommend Edens and will use this company again for any future structural repairs.

The work was excellent, they cleaned up after themselves and you wouldn't even know that they were there after the work was done.

Excellent work, graded area needed perfectly, very clean work area with rest of yard untouched and no dirt or damage on it, even considered width of sod so that when I laid it no cutting was required. Very impressed with quality of workmanship and all the proffessionals at Edens.

They installed 11 stemwall anchors. They were professional, courteous, diligent, efficient; they left NO messes to clean up.

The estimator showed up at my clients house and spoke to her directly. I was remodeling the upstairs bath and the bathroom floor sloped as do the stairs going upstairs. I am sorry I was not present at the meeting. The estimator talked the homeowner out of doing the work, I think because of possible collateral damage if the house was leveled. I have since completed the $18, 000 bathroom, and the floor slopes. It was a tough call I know. There is a nice new kitchen on the 1st floor and the bathroom is above it. There may have been damage to the kitchen during the level.

Arrived on time and did numerous floor level measurements in addition to visual inspection. The measurements did indicate some settling on that end of the room over 40 years but all measurements were gradual indicating no breaks in slab. At this point he thought it only required caulk and slight mortar repointing based on decades of experience. In todays times it is a pleasure to deal with an honest and courteous company.

The gentleman said he would gladly do the work necessary, but it could be done for free when I scheduled driveway work.

Work was well done and on budget. Clean up work was excellent. I would absolutely recommend their services.

When they hand dug (to avoid my gas and water lines) to access the base of the first column, they realized there were no footings, so they had to figure out how to make footings for both columns. Despite this unexpected development, they were able to problem solve and finish the job quickly. The workers communicated clearly to me what was going on, notified their supervisor, brainstormed with him to solve the problem, drew pictures and explained the new plan so I could decide whether or not I wanted them to continue with the work, plus gave me an estimate for the footings, worked really hard while on site, and were really careful with my yard and home. They left my yard neat as a pin, and even offered to help me with the shrubs I had to remove, although I did that work myself. A man who owns a construction company that I use for repairs around my home told me about what the piers should cost, and the estimate from Eden's was very close to what he estimated. I've never had this type of work done before so I had no basis for comparison, but I trusted the person who recommended Eden's, their reviews were good on Angie's list, and I had a good first impression from the person who looked at our house and did the work estimate.

The crew worked very hard to recapture much of the settlement on my older home.

The crew were all very professional and also very friendly. The work was well done. We did have a structural engineer come inspect the work as they were doing it and he had them adjust a couple things, but the end result was very satisfactory to the engineer, the Edens crew, and mostly to us as the customer. (Also, there were some bushes around our house that were not in the crew's way, but they still pulled them out for us as a favor since we didn't want them there. Nice bonus!)

They were the highest price. They were pretty expensive. I didn't select them because they wanted to charge too much.

It went very well. I scheduled with the receptionist for the foundation inspector to look at my foundation concerns on December 29th, 2016. She was professional and made sure to call days in advance to change the time of day that the inspector was coming out. He came out; he was very professional and pleasant. He look at what I thought were foundation issues in my home and told me not to be concerned about it. He communicated that the foundation was in good shape. I appreciate the fact that this company is honest and trustworthy in that they will not try to sell you a foundation service nor product if, in their professional opinion, it is not needed.

Edens did a very good job for us, and the corrections were immediate and noticeable. They were prompt, polite and answered all our questions before during and after. They cleaned up and put everything back in order for us. The engineer and carpet people were very complimentary of their work. We would recommend them to anyone.

They were on time, thorough, and did an excellent job. They kept us informed of the progress and what they were doing. Things went smoothly and we are very happy with the result.

I thought that I would need french drains to take care of my water issues, but Edens Structural told me that I had enough grade that they could re-grade instead of putting in drains. They subsequently regraded my front yard and now all the water flows away from the driveway and around the house. The work was done professionally, and was "technically" correct. I had an issue with one of the swales as it was deeper/steeper than I thought it should be. There was no way that I could mow this particular swale with a riding mower. I told them that I was unhappy with it and they came out a few days later and fixed it. Though the work was done right and to spec, they were willing to the extra distance to make sure that I was happy with my product. They get an A in my book just for that.

My house cascades down the side of the hill it was built on. The upper portion, the foyer, was not correctly tied into the next portion of the house, the living area. What I had was a foyer that was leaning in to the living room a few inches and a living room floor that was sagging from the weight. Edens estimator came out and gave it a thorough look and pointed out to me what the builders missed when they framed the flooring support. He drew up a support plan on the spot and gave me a price. I was impressed with both of them. Then on the scheduled day the crew showed up and went to work. Two days later the foyer was level, the living room floor was level and my house now has the solid feel it should have had from the beginning. Very competent and professional work and priced with honesty. EDENS STRUCTURAL SOLUTIONS are honest people who genuinely care about honest work and delivering value for their money. I have nothing but respect for the work they did for me and I would recommend them to anyone. Check their reviews, I'm not alone. Diogenes would smile if he met these folks.

When I bought my house I'd had several other companies come look at my garage and got vastly different opinions about what needed to be done. One said needs to be torn down, another that it just needed foundation work - but no one said the foundation was fine. I decided to start with the foundation and called Eden. There was a scheduling issue and the guy who was supposed to come out didn't/couldn't so they actually sent the owner out. He looked it all over and in the end told me that it really didn't need anything done on the foundation. I had already called a structural engineer who came out next and he agreed that the foundation was fine. Independently the engineer (who was great as well) had heard that these guys do good work. I appreciated his honesty and I think he knew what he was talking about. If I did end up needing foundation work, these are the guys I would call.

Installed 6 piers. The piers was installed quickly. When doing so the backhoe they used bumped our house on the brick several times. The holes dug sat open for 6 days.

The crew of 3 were very professional and did an awesome job. They were very informative as well, explaining what they were doing all along the way. They had to remove some shrubs and were going to replant them, but I asked them to haul them away instead, which they were happy to do. They cleaned up all the mud and dirt that had accumulated on my driveway and sidewalk after they were done. Great experience if you need it.
