Professional treatment from bid to final walk-thru. Performance of the installation crew was friendly, informative and totally professional. The results far exceeded my ecpectations. I've had a lot of experience with commercial construction contractors before I retired, and these folks would be right be right up there with the best of them. Competitive rates for the quality of the work. These people are busy for a reason. Quality workmanship, impressive materials and highly skilled crew make me believe I got a bargain.

They came out two times. The inspector was honest and said he would not feel comfortable about doing anything until I had an engineer come out. After the engineer came out he came out and gave me a quote and explained in great detail what he wanted to do

Absolutely great. He explained that our house structurally sound. The cause of the crack was due to the roots from a tree in the front yard.

This started with one of the senior guys who came out several times and got very educated on my water problem and what to do about it. He devised a pland and sent out their own team to implement it. The crew they sent were very good at what they did. They dug two places to install drains to catch rain water which was getting in my crawl space. The drains are steel and they had cast iron grates custom made. You could drive a heavy truck over them. They used saws to cut through the concrete and laid pipes which the drains fed. They used lasers to check the slope so that we were sure gravity would remove the water. The drainage pipes had to go through a masonary wall; and they bored through this and fixed it back very nicely. They also built two conrete curbs in select places to divert water eslwhere that previously flowed into my crawspace. For every part of the new concrete they used rebar. And, they drilled into the existing concrete and placed rebar connections there as well. This is exactly how conrete should be constructed. The work was very well done. The concrete work is beutiful. The work is flawless and they left the area spotless. The job looks the same and every bit as nice as the city sewer components; and I think it actually addds to the value of my house. I took a water hose and tested all the areas, and the all the water was diverted away from my house by their work. I am 110% satisfied with Edens work on my house.

Everything went very well. We've had a big rain since and this seems to have taken care of the large flow of water I was getting into my crawlspace and then through the adjacent basement. The work was done on time, the crew seemed very knowledgeable and worked very hard for two days. Afterwards everything was cleaned up beautifully and sod was placed over the trench that runs through my yard.

Jaun was great job and very professional. They installed french drains around the whole house and sump pump. David Crow needs to improve with communication. We would ask questions and he acted like he didn't know how to answer our questions. We where told they would get information on the sump pump for us and we still have not received it and it is 8/18/15!

I could not have had a better experience start to finish than with Edens Structural. Having been recently widowed, I was very apprehensive about selecting a company to do foundation work on my home. After researching various companies on Angle's List, I called Edens Structural. I spoke with Deni, and she was able to answer all of my questions. I set up an inspection and was told the name of the employee who would come. Mark showed up right on time, in uniform, and presented me with his business card immediately. He did a thorough inspection of my house and told me that his plan would be to install 19 piers. He then told me that I had the option to hire a structural engineer to inspect the property independently, that Edens would use the engineer's recommendation and fully back it with their 20 year warranty, AND reimburse me for the cost of the engineer's inspection. I chose an engineer from Angie's List, and his plan only required that 11 piers be placed. This saved me $4,500.00 and Edens credited my account with the engineer's fee. Efren and his crew showed up on time to begin the work on my foundation. He was exceptionally polite, professional, and helpful. He kept me informed about the crew's work and answered questions that I had. Because of weather delays, the work continued three days longer than originally anticipated. My dogs were not happy about it! Efren was very patient and kind with my dogs when they would need to be let out, and even gave me some much-needed training tips when my terrier became aggressive. Each day when the crew left I checked the work site, and not one plastic bottle or piece of trash was ever left behind. I was recovering from knee surgery while the work was going on, and each time I would come home Efren would help me carry in anything I needed help with. I cannot say enough about the work crew. They were extremely polite and I never heard one inappropriate word the entire time they were working on my property. After the work was complete the crew filled in all of the holes, removed all of the debris, replaced my outdoor furniture back onto the patio and left my property clean. I scheduled a final walk-through and Harold arrived on time, dressed in uniform, and presented me with his business card. I did not pay for the work until the final inspection; The warranty and all of the paperwork was presented to me bound together with a plastic cover and I paid at that time. I give Edens Structural my highest recommendation.

Their quote was better than we were expecting. We got several other quotes; one for internal piering and two for polyurethane foam. The estimate for internal piering was about 4 times the quote from Eden's. One of the quotes for foam injection was about 3 times the quote from Eden's. There was one other company that was priced very competitively with Eden's (within $400). We ultimately went with Eden's because they seemed like a good company and had the best price. We had to wait a number of weeks to get them out to perform the work. They crew that came out to do the work was very professional. They worked efficiently. I was amazed at how they were able to raise the slab in the middle of my house and close some cracks in the wall that were close to 1/2" wide! My only hesitation is that not long after the work was performed some other parts of the house started having problems. One closet door started rubbing really badly. And one wall started sagging towards the exterior of the house (prior to Eden's work it had been sagging towards the interior). It was a really wet late spring/early summer so perhaps all of the rain contributed to these problems. I guess I only mention them because it seems like foundation problems are an issue you can never completely fix.

Edens came out to determine whether the house needed piers. Impressively honest, Edens told us we didn't need their services yet! What a rare find in a world where most companies try to sell you products you don't require. We were told what to watch for (what things would indicate a need for piers in the future) and even given a rough estimate of what future repairs might cost. We couldn't be more satisfied and would call Edens again in a heartbeat should we ever need their services.

Edens did an excellent job. There is still some finishing work to be done but they solved our problem of water seepage in a walkout basement.

They came to the house and provided a quote for the number of piers recommended in mid March and the work was scheduled the second week of April. They came when scheduled. They installed the piers in seven locations around the house in the two days. Clean-up was done on the third day. The work crew cleaned up the area very well. The only concern I had was what I perceived to be a gap in communication when the lifting process of the work was done. However, the end product was to our satisfaction.

THE WORK WAS TIMELY, WEATHER DELAY BUT THEY WERE RIGHT BACK ON THE JOB WHEN THE WEATHER CLEARED UP. CREW CLEANED UP THE WORK AREA AND WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE JOB THEY DID. OUR HOUSE WAS NOT PERFECTLY REPAIRED DUE THE THE EXTENSIVE DAMAGE TO THE FOUNDATION INSIDE. WE WILL HAVE TO HAVE THE CONCRETE REPAIRED BEFORE WE CAN PUT DOWN HARDWOOD FLOORS. THE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER CHECKED OUT THE WORK DONE TO OUR FOUNDATION AND STATED THE WORK WAS DONE PERFECTLY. WE WOULD USE THE COMPANY AGAIN.

I started looking for contractors several months in advance, requesting quotes, and getting nothing that I really asked for until Eden's came along. David Crow suggested that I get a Structural Engineer to take a look at everything, so I did, and it helped to determine our course of action. I had lost sleep worrying about how things were going to go, coordinating contractors, weather, and materials. But now that it is over, I am so glad that I went with a reputable company like Eden's and all I can say is "Thank you." This business is a shining star in the Tulsa community. Everyone from David the estimator, to Deni the office scheduler, and the amazing crew members. Everything went like clockwork even though plans changed and weather was terrible; their professionalism kept things moving in the right direction and we ended up with a successfully completed job.

This was an improved drainage system. This was excellent. They showed up on time. There were no extra charges for the estimate that they provided.

It went very good, just one litle snag with a water line broken to not foult of them because neither of us new that it could have been a line around that part of the building, but a plumber were call after trying to get one for a wile got in took care of the problem and the work was finish. The Crew worked very hard and and very diligent and did the job on time. We have quote for another building that will need 11 more piers. These people are just great. Though the property I wanted them to examine is located in Oklahoma City (they are in Bixby, OK), they could only come see me when they had other estimates scheduled in OKC. Since this was not an emergency, I decided that I could wait since the reviews on Angie's are so good. They scheduled an appointment and showed up on time. The fellow who did the estimate was polite and professional. After assessing the cracks around the house he could not recommend placing any piers anywhere and told me that the cracks I was seeing were not the result of any foundation problems. Can you believe that! Had he told me I needed them I would have "signed on the dotted line". However, this guy was an honest professional. What a relief! We have become so jaded these days with people selling you stuff you don't need, it's refreshing to deal with a company like Edens Structural. I will most certainly use them again when if the need arises.

did not see any need for peering the slab though gave us a bid for some on our columns on the outside front porch.

Installed 5 piers to level part of our house. They showed up in the morning, got to work. They finished in less then a day. The dirt removed was all put back. Can't tell where the piers are located. The part of our house which had been a problem, was cured by thr pier placement. All in all a great job!

It was very nice to have someone come out and not try to sell you something that you don't need. They were very professional.

I called them weeks ago asking for an estimate for one of my properties in OKC. The lady who answered the phone was polite and professional. She set up an appointment for the inspector to come over. They confirmed it one day before the appointment. The inspector arrived a few minutes late but the office informed me of this when I was on my way there. He checked the garage area closely where we had concerns about and gave his opinion of how many piers it needs. He also answered our questions politely. They sent to us the bid two days later. It is well prepared and in great details. The price is also good. We have decided to go with another company because their estimate is a little bit less, but we still think Edens is a great company and their service is the best. Their great attitude and the way they do business indicates they care about their reputation and business. I had a great experience with them and will definitely consider them whenever there is a need for foundation repair in the future. And I would love to recommend them to my friends or anybody I know.

The representative came on time. Inspection was professionally done. Advised that there was no major settling issues that needed to be fixed.

It went well! The man who came out was very knowledgable, professional, and straight-forward with us. He told us that we needed to consult with a structural engineer on our foundation issues before they could do any work/give us an estimate. We would definitely use them again!

Company was very knowledgeable and professional. They fit me in within a week. Very quick. Crew came and went with very little disruption to my family. They only needed in my house for 30 minutes when they did the jacking. My doors and windows close great now. The inside cracks are all closed up and almost unnoticeable. The crew cleaned up everything, repointed all my cracked brickwork, and put my patio stones back like they were never moved. All the work was performed on time in a day and a half.

Came 9/15/14 and finished 9/23/14. Where most efficient and professional. Job Leader Efren Barbaza was most courtious and kept me informed as to progress. They left everything clean and the noise was not bad, as I was living on the other side of the house while the work was being done.
