TS Heat & Air Inc

This was several years ago. It was dangerous to run the heat I was put on top of this list it was going to get cold. They were on time and the whole system was up and running in one day. They always respond as quickly as possible when I call.

They found several issues and fixed the n a prompt an efficient manner.

They were a good solid contractor. I was happy with the installation and with the service and follow-up. It was all fine.

They did a good job, though I think their price was excessive.

We came home from work to find the heater not working. TS Heat & Air were one of the few companies that were able to come out in the evening to fix. The service man called to let us know when to expect him, he showed up on time and was very professional and efficient.

The sales person was easy to talk to, understanding of what we really needed and didn't pressure us to spend money where it wasn't useful. Very good experience, will continue to use them in the future.

Called TS Heat and Air and used their $59.00 A/C tuneup. Byron came out and explained everything that he was going to check for and kept me informed every step of the way. He was very knowledgable and courteous.

We checked them and we felt they were good and fair. We thought it was good. We received 4 estimates for the air conditioner and we went with TS because they were the lowest. We had a little bit of an issue when they installed actually a lower grade than what we've requested but we caught the error and when we confirmed that with them, they handled it well. Of course they gave us the lower price and then they also gave us 2 years of service at no charge. Rather than replacing it, we requested that they just leave it and not replace it with the one that we had originally ordered. We just felt like they took care of the situation and we appreciate that because we are in sales also.

Every thing went well. Technician was on time and the cost was fair.

Had difficulty w/it cooling, so I called on a Th afternoon. It was going to be Mon before they could come. Later that night it quit completely. Family was visiting n called Fri morn. Got appt. changed to Sat. Gentleman was here early n explained what was wrong. He was kind and considerate.

I called Evan with TS Heat & Air for a estimated on replacing my 20 yr old undersized a/c. He came out at the scheduled time and walk thru all the details of the change out explaining in detail what exactly would have to be done. After getting 3 more estimates from other recommended businesses in the area I called Evan with a couple more questions and decided on using his company. I scheduled them for 2 weeks later but 2 days before install was needed in California to help my son station there in the Marines. I called and apoligized to them for having to cancel, they were very understanding and let me know that I could reschedule anytime and that my estimate would be honered for whatever date. Two weeks later Brian came out to install my unit, found a couple additional things that had to be addressed making the install take longer than expected. They did 90 % of the job that day, making sure the a/c was working before he left. He came back 3 days later as promised and finished the job, walk through the unit with me checking to see if I had any questions or issues. Even though they did more than what was on the estimate and it was over a month later than planned in hotter part of the year they honored their price. Had great experience with everyone in the company from the ladies scheduling me to the guys doing the work. If I have any other a/c needs or family needs a/c I will only recomend TS Heat & Air.

After calling the company and explaining my needs, an appointment was set for a few days later. The employee showed up late to the appointment. After going over the details of the work that was needed, he stated that he would have a bid for me within a couple of days. That was June 5th. On June 10th, having received no bid, I called the company and requested that the employee call me. That was approximately 11:00 AM. The employee finally called me at approximately 5:45PM on June 10th and stated that preparing the bid was taking longer than he thought it would, and that he PROMISED that I would have the bid by 5:00PM the following day, June 11th. June 11th came and went without a word from him, as did June 12th. Finally, on June 13th I received the bid via email. The email had no greeting, nor apology, nor explanation; simply the attachment containing the bid...which was over twice as much as other competing bids. My experience with this company could hardly have been worse. Last I checked, they were a service industry. Instead of service, I received disrespect and lies. This employees blatant disregard for my time and my business, coupled with his complete lack of understanding of customer service, cost this company my business and the business of those companies within my scope of influence.

They did an excellent job, including an extra trip to finish the work. I was impressed with their commitment to do it right!

TandS Heating and air arrived as scheduled (The technician actually got there before I did). I called them to do an furnace inspection/tune up and repair the ignitor due to the furnace would not fire. They cleaned the fans, replaced the ignitor, and inspected the furnace's operation. Everything looked good. 1 month after the ignitor was replaced it went out again. I called TandS and they worked me into the schedule the same day I called to repair the furnace. They came out, replaced the ignitor again, and checked the operation of the furnace. They did all of this under warranty and had me up and running again. The furnace has been working great ever since! They were very professional and seemed interested in keeping my current system going. I would recommend them and will keep using them in the future.

Person answering phone was very friendly and helpful. Diagnostic was $99. Technician was friendly and professional even in the late afternoon and hundred degree weather-man was it hot outside! Determined unit was really low on freon and added 3 pounds (I don't know when it was last checked and the unit is old). My only complaint is he didn't ask me before adding the freon or tell me how much it would cost ($189 for 3 pounds of R22 which seems to be reasonable from my research). He also cleaned the coils while he was here. I would definitely use them again, but I will ask the technician to consult me before performing any repairs or service - which I should have done anyway. So, overall very pleased with the company.

I was told my system, which they installed, was just out of warranty and it would be a week before they could get anyone out to look at it. A week and it's in the middle of a heart wave. This was a company we had used for years and spent thousands of dollars with. I called another company we had never used before and they had someone out by the end of the day and cobbled the system back to working till a part could come in. I will never do business with TS Heat and Air again.

They were friendly. They were also knowledgeable about the product. I have one of the very latest heating and A/C systems in my house. Their company happened to be one that does not have my system but they have a rival system that looks much the same and the repairman seemed to know the system well.

It was the worst experience. They did not know what they were doing and I do not recommend them. The unit, still to this day, makes a noise when it tries to shut off.

Everything went well. They did a good job. I would used them again in the future.

The sales guy, Jake was the most straight up guy. We checked with 4 different companies and they were by far the best choice. The only thing I wish I got out of them was more instruction on how to use the newfangled thermostat. Otherwise, everything else went well. They are a solid company and I am pleased to do business with them.

The young man that came out was very knowledgeable. We also had a thermostat issue that needed repairing and he was very thorough in describing what had to happen. They provide a great service. Everything turned out very well.
