Description of Work: Used them for a HVAC inspection through the OG&E Home Energy Efficiency Program. Very thorough inspection. Tech took the time to explain the design of my system to me, the current condition and what I should do in the future to keep it running smoothly. Very impressed with the service and will be using them to care for and repair my system moving forward.

Description of Work: This company provided removal of old and installation of a complete new HVAC unit. Installation was timely. They completely cleaned up after themselves. All employees, from first to last contact, were professional and personable. On installation day, I was delayed in getting home from work by an emergency, and they waited for me to arrive so they could review installation and show me how the units worked. They took care of the only problem I had with the installation before they left, without complaint. The new units are quiet and they run great.

Description of Work: Had a capacitor go out on one of my A/C units. Happens all the time in these parts and this was my third. Called up TS Heat & Air first thing Monday morning, couldn't get out till next day. No big thing. Guy comes out to my house looks at unit, determines it is the capacitor (which was obvious) replaces it and is off in 20 minutes tops. Have had this done several times in the past is always about $120 ($20 par, $100 labor/hour). TS charged my $220. I was surprised and when I saw the bill it said $99 for "diagnostics." What diagnostics? I knew what it was and so did the tech after listening for about 10 seconds. Assumed it was a mistake and called their office. After explaining that a $99 charge for diagnostics was excessive, the billing manager told me that it wasn't for diagnostics but now was a "visit charge." Of course, that is not what is on my bill. I explained that a $99 visit charge and a 1 hour minimum $100 charge for labor was excessive. $200 for doing any work is ridiculous and I have never heard of a company doing such a thing (on a weekday anyway.) The work was fine though it wasn't complicated at all. I would not recommend this company to others now based off this billing. Anyone in town can beat a $200 minimum for a weekday visit.

+ -1 moreThis was our second experience with TS Heat & Air. The first was late last year, when we had to have our furnace replaced following a lightning strike to the house. Fortunately, the insurance company picked up the bill for the furnace. This time we weren't so lucky - when we turned on the AC for the first time this year we discovered that it was a goner. Unfortunately it was due to old age, not the lightning strike. The $3700 we spent was for the AC portion only. Jake, the person who gave us our estimate for both the furnace and AC, couldn't have been more professional and knowledgeable. When he gave us his recommendation for replacing the furnace he steered us towards an efficient unit that would work well with a high efficiency AC unit (which he warned us we'd be needing soon). When it came time to get an estimate for the AC, he broke down the different SEER ratings for us and let us know what would work best for our home, even though it wasn't the most expensive unit he could sell us. Thanks, Jake, for saving us some money! We were fortunate enough to have the team of Mike and Mike install both the furnace and AC. They work quite well together and are punctual, friendly, and quite knowledgeable as well. They kept us informed throughout the entire installation process, and consulted us as to how we'd like to have certain things done when there were options. When they were finished the entire work area was spotless. TS Heat & Air has earned ALL of our future heating and air business. Every person we've dealt with, from the front office to the technicians, have been examples of how to provide service in order to ensure repeat business.

Description of Work: I have used TS Heat & Air multiple times, once to replace an existing HVAC system. They are responsive, friendly, reasonably priced, and do the job well. We had one issue arise (when we had the HVAC system replaced) but they responded immediately and completely took care of it. I have complete confidence in this company.

Description of Work: My air conditioner was making some terrible sounds for a few days..........then just quit. I really didn't have the money for a new central air unit, but I live in Oklahoma, so money or not......I needed my air conditioning! I was totally freaked out about who to call, but I found TS Heat & Air in the phone book and I called them. The guys were out in 2 hours.........they were professional and courteous..........and they FIXED my unit for around $150!!!!! YAY! I ended up buying their annual service contract and now I know my a/c unit is always protected! Thank you again TS Heat & Air!

Description of Work: I called about a loud outside unit that they had installed two years ago. They said they'd be right out to check it. An older man comes out, looks at it and says it needs a new fan motor. The motor would be free due to warrenty, but I was looking at $100 for installation and oh yeah, I had to pay for him to come out. (Didn't mention that on the phone) I told him never mind. I called another a/c place months later and the service guy looked at, put his body weight on it and the noise went away. It had vibration problems. This isn't the first problem I've had with TS heat and air (my air duct was installed backwords.

+ -1 moreWe had to wait 10 days with no air conditioning before we could get it installed. They did send out a tech to see if they could get our old one to work but it was unsuccessful. They were just backed up and busy. They showed up on the appointed day and all went well.

+ -1 moreTS Heat & Air came out and it was winter, and it was cold. They sent someone out within an hour. The guy was very apologetic that I had to wait for an hour. He went up in my attic and checked it out, found the problem, and had it running within an hour.
