I'm very satisfied with the Thermal windows. Both energy efficiency and noise reduction was achieved plus redcuing my electric bill. The salesman answered all my questions which enabled me to make a good decision regarding what I needed and could afford. The installation people worked all day which was quite windy. They also cleaned up the resulting debris. The windows are great.

They did a good job. I liked the color of the windows. My only concern is the house still seems cold inside, when the windows are supposed to be energy efficient. I do intend to call them back to have them take a look at the windows. But they were very prompt and did the work quick.

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. It was a three step process. First an estimator came and quoted me a (very reasonable) price, then another man came and got exact measurements of the windows. Once the windows were manufactured an installation team came and installed them. Every person I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt about keeping their appointment. The installers were very fast and efficient and the windows themselves are WONDERFUL! And as a bonus I have the satisfaction of knowing my money stayed in Oklahoma since the company is based in Tulsa and they build the windows there. Eventually I will replace the rest of the windows in my house and I will definitely replace them with Thermal Windows.

When we decided on Thermal Windows my husband visited the plant in Tulsa, ( while there on business), to see first hand how the windows are constructed. He was impressed with the quality of the products. We then contacted our area representative and had an estimate quoted on the length of time required to complete the work we wanted as well as the price to match our chosen options. He answered all of our questions with courtesy and professionalism. The project was finished on schedule and looks fantastic. We couldn't be happier. We highly recommend this company and their high quality windows.

Received reasonable quote from salesman for replacement of 8 normal windows and one large picture window. Windows installed on day promised. Although job took longer than expected, crew stayed until all finished. Work quality was good. Would have liked a little better cleanup job but overall a good experience. Windows themselves are of very good quality.
