The windows in the formal dining room and formal living room were huge and the measurements and manufactured windows fit perfectly and although they were big and very heavy, the installation team did a wonderful job. Came home one day to find the patio door cracked. Called George Bowers at Thermal Windows and he got a new one ordered, manufactured, and installed. |

Description of Work: The thermal window company replaced the old steel roll out windows in my Mom's home. They were absolutely fantastic! They checked her home for lead paint, thank goodness there wasn't any! They also were efficient and extremely kind in their treatment of my Mom, who suffered from short term memory loss. They bent over backwards to help me work the windows into my schedule, because I live in Fort Worth and had to plan around my job for the installation. One of the windows arrived with a very small bubble in the glass. They, without hesitation, put the old window back in place and told me they had to have a new window built. When it arrived, the only time I could schedule was on a Saturday. One of the workers tried to install the window by himself on a Saturday, they aren't even open on Saturdays, and the window cracked. Again they had another window made for us. They ended up having to store this window for a very long time due to my schedule. All of this was done with a smile, kind words for my Mom, and patience with me! They are the best window company out there in my book! We are remodeling my Mom's house and plan on using them again in the near future. My Mom passed away recently, but she even thought they were "just the nicest people."
