It went very well. Came as scheduled, worked quickly and always very courteous.

I have used them several times in the last couple of weeks and will use them again in the future.

It turned out very well. I think they were very prompt about coming out, they were courteous, they got the job done, and they kept me reasonably well informed. They tried to do a cheaper fix on it first but that didn't work so they had to replace the faucet. They did a good job on the sewer pipe problem as well. They had to jackhammer up the concrete slab, replace the sewer pipe, cement that back in, and so forth. I was completely satisfied with it.

I had water standing in my back yard, which was discovered to be because the french drains had been connected to the sewer line. The line was blocked, which they cleared for me. They suggested that I fix the french drain situation, but did not pressure me to do the work immediately. They were professional and prompt.

I didn't price them out. They were fine.

It was a service call and they charged $60. They couldn't fix the problem. They are very prompt. They can give you a very quick appointment and are very courteous. The first time they came, I was very pleased but the last time there were two plumbers whom I called who couldn't fix it and my handyman figured it out at last. Their price was good. They are reliable and have a good price.

My mother had used them so I had a good reference. There was a certain amount that I had to pay just to get him in my driveway, but once he was done with what I needed he asked if I had anything else that needed done since his hour wasn't over yet. I asked him how to deal with a couple of other problems and he gave me some advice on what would be the best way to handle them. It was good. They charge a little more than some of the others that I've talked to, but it wasn't outrageous. He was here right when he told me he would be.

They came out and looked at our problem and determined the job was too big for them and recommended Ray's Sewer Service - who did an excelled job.

They showed up a couple of hours after I called and quickly determined the problem to be the heating mechanism. He explained that the thermal coupler could not be replaced by itself - the entire mechanism had to be replaced. He replaced the mechanism, vacuumed out the debris, ensured a good seal and no gas leaks, and confirmed it worked. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it quickly as well, spending no more than 30 minutes, at most, at the house. The hot water heater has worked perfectly since the repair.

He was very neat and wonderful. I thought the pricing was reasonable.

Jerry arrived in the time frame stated and began work immediatly. He was very professional and had state of the art equipment. He took extra time to make sure he had the line cleaned out completely.

We had low water pressure in the master bath shower and our kitchen faucet was leaking. He replaced the kitchen faucet with a new one we already had and tightened all the seals and valves. It doesn't leak anymore! He also took apart the master bath shower to try and find where the obstruction in water pressure was. We had already tried a new fixture and that wasn't it. We thought the cartridge needed to be replaced but he thought the problem was down in the wall.I appreciate that he appeased us by replacing the cartridge (didn't solve the problem) and letting us know where he thought the problem was. Unfortunately that price was too high for right now but we will call them again to finish the job.

We use them frequently and everything has been great. They're honest, very efficient, and do very neat work. I'm happy with their services.

The toilet in the spare bathroom wouldn't flush. After repeated attempts on plunging it on my own, I called Stan's Plumbing based on their excellent reviews. The service tech (can't remember his name) came out promptly and set to work. He had to root out the line and it didn't take very long at all. He was very professional, wiped his shoes when he came in, etc. I also asked him about a problem I'd been having with the same toilet and the flapper I'd replaced on my own. He took a quick look and saw what the problem was. I just hadn't torn off the little piece on the back of the flapper like I should have, which was making the flapper close too quickly so I had to hold the handle down with every flush. I was a happy camper, with the price and with the speedy and courteous service. I have added Stan's to my list of reliable repair companies.

They gave an estimate and did the work as stated. They had an older model of faucet that they sold us at a discount which we were glad to have because the bathroom will need to be remodeled eventually. We were pleased with their professionalism, their clear statement of what needed to be done, the dispatch with which they did the job. We will definitely use them again for plumbing needs.

They came when they said they would and did what they said they would do. They didn't really quote us a price but we were happy with the service. I will use them again in the future.

Stan's Plumbing was selected because of the excellent reviews on Angie's list. This was a difficult job that required a great deal of work, and all of the employees were competent, courteous and on time for work. The company is not inexpensive, but reliable and well worth the extra expense. I certainly will use them again.

I called Stan's plumbing the morning of the service call and made an appointment for that afternoon. The service tech arrived on time, was very professional, well dressed and extremely efficient. He performed his job and let the tub in a "clean" condition. I have no qualms about using this company again. I was very impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism they portrayed.

Very smooth. I needed a 220V line. Stan did me the favor of recommending Sterling Electric.. Once the line was established, the whole operation was a dream -- fast and efectient.
