They replaced the water supply line to the toilet. But for some reason replaced the inside plumbing of the toilet without asking and I was charged for those parts and time. I was going to replace the toilet and didn’t need the inside parts replaced. They fixed the bathroom sink faucet by replacing the cartridges in both handles. We get the bill for $252, for the parts and labor and paid it. I go to check the work after they left and somehow they caused a leak under the sink and just left it. So I called them back out to see about the leak under the sink the next day. The technician came and said I would need a new faucet and to call them when I bought one. I go out buy a new faucet and call them back. They come to install the faucet and said my sink is too old and the center hole isn’t large enough for a new faucet. So they said I need to go buy a new sink. I spent my weekend replacing my sink and faucet myself. I just received a new bill for $178 in the mail for more parts and labor. That is crazy. I was afraid to call them back out to install the new stuff, who knows what they would charge or say I needed to go buy next.

I sold a 100 year old house and upon inspection needed some work done before closing. All the people at Stans Plumbing are superior. From Jolene who took my calls and answered my questions to Victor who came out to do the work. They took excellent care of a stressed out customer and did repairs neatly and quickly. The cost was far less than I expected. That doesn't happen very often! I would not hesitate to call them again and refer them to friends and family.

They took care of everything perfectly. I have had garbage disposals replaced and our hot water heater repaired. Once, they drove on my grass accidently and paid me $54.00 for the trouble even though my lawn guy fixed it for free. Nice, honest, and professional.

Company sent two men to replace water heater. We had a 50 gallon water heater. They replaced with a 40 gallon water heater to help "save us money". When we received the bill it was double what a neighbor across the street paid to have their water heater replaced with another 50 gallon tank. I was also not sent an itemized bill detailing all the charges. I made them aware of this and they still have not provided an itemized bill. I just really can't fathom how we were charged double for a smaller tank. I would not recommend their services as I feel we were completely ripped off.

This was sort of an emergency as I called at 11:45 am and they were able to be at the house at 2:30 p.m. No water leak found. Peace of mind restored.

The young man did a very good, neat job and got done remarkably quickly. My only problem with Stan's is that they didn't itemize their bill. Now I can understand if, as a rule, they don't itemize, but when I called to ask for an itemized bill, mostly for the purpose of finding out how much the actual hot water heater cost, the guy who answered the phone couldn't have been ruder. (I can't help but think that if my husband had called he would have taken a different tone.) He announced that in 27 years he'd never itemized. Okay. I perform a service and don't itemize either. But if someone asks me to, I'll be glad to break it down for them. Mr. Stan's Plumbing wasn't about to. Sooo he's lost a customer, one who's about to redo two bathrooms.

They did a bunch of work. They're good. They're clean, tidy and on time. They arrived when they said they would. With the job, he had to call in somebody else to help him. I didn't have to pay for the same guy. They explained what they were doing. I've used them a lot. I wouldn't go back to them if I didn't like their work.

ity They put a sewer line in for my neighbor which required digging up the easement in my yard. They did not notify me that they were going to be digging up my yard. I found out when they parked their truck in front of my house and I watched one of the employees walk into my back yard. I was home and my car was in the driveway and my front door was open but they didn't think it was necessary to knock on my door and ask permission to enter my yard. They ruined half my yard-not just the easement. They left a huge unsecured hole that drained sewage from my neighbors house for 3 days in my yard in a neighborhood full of children. When they finally filled in the hole they left a pile of dirt instead of evening it out. When I asked about the damage to my yard I was told it wasn't their responsibility because of the easement, but it wasn't just the easement they trashed. Didn't put the fence back up either. Would never ever use this company for anything. They have no respect for others people's property so how good of a job could they do.

Stan's did a very professional job. They arrived when they said they would and were finished a bit ahead of time. The price was very reasonable to the amount of work and for the future repairs it prevented.

We were very pleased with the service. They were able to come 2 days after we called. They were on time. They did the work in under the time they had estimated. They cleaned up nicely and demonstrated that it was working. We would definitely ask them to come back for future repairs.

My water meter was filling up with water. The city said the leak was on my side of the meter. I envisioned big bucks for a repair and lots of digging involved. I've used Stan's Plumbing in the past with excellent results, so I decided to take the plunge with a company I trusted. I called on a Thursday hoping for a Friday repair, but made the appointment for Monday (which was fine as I had put off the repair for and extended period of time anyway). On Monday, two men arrived at 1:20 and by 2:20, the job was done! The cost was only $202 which was much lower then my expectations. San's gets an A+ rating from me!

The plumber walked in, EYEBALLED the issue, told us what they would need to do to fix it and gave us an estimate. The person in our home was very pushy by anyone's standards, arrogant and made my wife feel very uncomfortable. He didn't lay a single finger on the plumbing and we still received a bill for $144 for "services." I promptly called the number given on our bill and was told "I'll look into it" by whomever it was I spoke to. I didn't hear back so expected the issue to be resolved. I just recently received a bill from them again saying our bill is 61-90 days past due. So if you want to get charged for nothing at all, hire Stan's plumbing. Please heed my warning, they will try and pull one over on you. And for the record the company I had do the job, they did it MUCH cheaper, with way less destruction to my home than Stan's said they would do, and did an absolutely amazing job.

I have been using them for several years. They are fast and have technicians who stay around for several years. They are trustworthy and I am comfortable with leaving a lock box for them to come in when they arrive.

I have used Stan's for over 10 yrs. I called a couple of wks. ago and they came out that day or the following a.m. for a clogged shower drain, which was NOT an urgent problem. However, when I telephoned today w/an urgent problem of a constant leak coming from the wall, I was informed it would be 4 more days before they could arrive. As lg. a company as Stan's, I don't believe they are backlogged that far in advance...especially since they came out so rapidly for a clogged shower drain which was NOT an emergency.

Very professional and thorough. He even thought he heard an issue with my sprinkler system and checked for any leaks but everything was fine. He did a great job.

Stan's plumbers are great. The plumber who came out is great to work with and very professional.

I used the email procedure and sent a message, which was answered promptly. Was able to schedule the service and when i had to change the time, I was told that would not be a problem. Jerry came out and I explained what was wrong and he listened to my concerns, checked everything out and said it could be fixed. Jerry fixed all the problems that we had. I would use Stan's again for our plumbing issues. Was pleased and the shower worked awesome!!!

Well, after a few weeks, we notice that the gas smell was starting to come back. We called them back and they came out for free to look at it again. This time they said there's not much they could do except to replace the valve. And since the valve is behind a brick wall, that's going to it take some work. I told them that I'd open up the wall behind the fireplace, in the back room, and see if we can get to it that way. I haven't done much with it since, we just decided to use it as a regular fireplace and forget the gas logs anyway. But I've actually stopped by their office a couple times with other questions and they've always given me good advice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They seem like a good company.

No work performed said they were too busy.

Their work system was too expensive. They were a lot more expensive than I expected. I was expecting on the outside of $200 and it was probably $450 or something around that. I do not remember them being hard to get out.

I called the office and was told someone would be out tomorrow. Shortly after that, I received a call that they could do it this afternoon, if that was convenient. Within an hour, a nice gentleman was at my door, ready to solve my problem. (I do not recall his name, but he was very polite and professional.) He had all problems fixed within 45 minutes, and after struggling with the problem myself for 2 days, I was very happy. I had used Stan's several years ago when I wanted new toilets, and the company is as efficient as I remembered, with reasonable prices..

Stan's team was responsive and able to fit an appointment into my schedule. They were professional, thorough, and clean while they were at my house. They explained the problem and fixed it efficiently. It took them approximately 2 hours to resolve both issues and overall I was pleased with their work and would use them again.

It went very well. We like Stan's Plumbing. We had them come out before and they did a good job. What stood out is their customer service and their knowledge of the things they needed to do.

All went well, very professional and all appears to be working in good order

It went ok. He indicated that there might be some damage to the line near the street that would need to be repaired. So far the drain has run fine since the service.
