I was real happy with the service that we received from them. We've had them out a couple of times. I talked to the plumber when he came out and said, I don't have a lot of money because at the time I was in a situation that I had been injured at work and I hadn't been able to work for awhile. The guy said well, I've got to charge you what I've got to charge you but I'll see if I can't if possible. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. When he saw the problem he said okay, he went out to his truck and got everything he needed, he came back, he sat down and he got to work. He got everything put back to where it should be and everything and got it done within the time limit he said. He actually said, we are a couple of minutes over the time, we go in quarter hours, but I'll let you go and give you the minimum it could have done for. I really appreciated that because the way he approached it, in order to save time, he went out to his truck and got everything he needed out there. He was able to sit down and finish the job quickly. That was quite good I thought. That was one thing and the other thing was, I just don't remember what it was. It was a garbage disposal I think. They took care of that real fast too. They had to install a new garbage disposal and they came out and did that real fast too. That was different because at that time we were not in a living crunch. They do the work quickly and nothing is left in the time it takes. They just seem to have, the plumbers are good. I had a plumber out from another company and he just didn't seem to know what he was doing. They put little booties on their feet and their work shoes to keep from tracking anything in. They did get a plumber as soon as we called them. They came out the same day that we called them. The guy was, his uniform was in good shape. It wasn't real dirty even though it was the end of the day so obviously he hadn't been digging trenches or anything but he did take the time to put booties on. He was very neat, he spread out a cloth. He had to cut out an access panel in behind the washing machine and he caught all the sawdust so that his cleanup is very good. He folded it up and carried it out so that most of the sawdust and then he got a broom and a dust pan and he picked up the rest of it. It was good.

Did a great job quickly. I was satisfied with the cost.

He arrived promptly and moved quickly but carefully. Left everything neat and tidy. I'd definitely call them again.

I was out of town, attending a conference, when Jerry came, but he completed the work well and left my property very orderly. Jerry is a knowledgeable plumber who always works efficiently and with good results. Additionally, my home was built in 1975, so when he comes, I always expect that an upgrade will be needed. I have never had a problem with Jerry's work and have never asked him to revisit a previous problem because he always and quot;gets it rightand quot; the first time. I appreciate the quality of employee with whom Stan's Plumbing works and I would use that company anytime, should I have a new plumbing problem that needs attention. Jerry has worked in and outside my home on various plumbing problems and I have never, ever, had a problem. From my perspective, Stan's Plumbing has knowledgeable, skillful, employees whom you can trust to get the job done, efficiently and at a fair price. Thank you Jerry and Stan's Plumbing!

The initial installation of the replacement garbage disposal went well, but after the plumber had left a leak developed from one of the PVC pipes that had to reattached to the disposal. I contacted Stan's plumbing as soon as I found the leak(later that same day) and advised them of the leak. They weren't able send anyone that day, but arrangements were made to send another plumber out the next morning(2/26/2014). When that plumber arrived he verified that there was a leak and after removing the pipe and cleaning off some of the threads on the pipes fitting the leak ceased after the pipe was reattached. This work was done at no additional charge.

It had leaked and ruined quite a few things in the closet. They were very punctual and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently. They left the area clean and neat. We were quite satisfied with the work. I think their prices may be higher than some other companies, but I trust their judgment and their high standards of work. We will definitely call them again in the future if we have problems.

I thought this was a drain leak from the shower, but he informed me that it was the connecting with the faucets. We didnt have to cut any holes in the wall or anythinig. he saved me a LOT of money by seeing that.

All the toilets in my house backed up and I needed service quickly. Stan's was able to squeeze me in to their schedule. Bob showed up promptly and completed the work quickly and professionally. I thought the price was very fair and actually less than I had expected. I would use them again.

Called with needing slab leak repaired, hung up on me the first call when answered told Ron the problem and he said it wuld be 10 days.

They are always on time, do the necessary work to fix the issue and are clean and reliable.

It was an easy fix, we had a bad diverter. Would use again and recommend. The cost, $90 (service call fee)

Asked me questions about problem. Answered questions I had. Performed the job as he decribed. Left area clean as he found it.

He said it would cost $750 fixed price no matter what had to be done. I thought that was a great price so I said let's do it. He had me thinking that he would have to cut the slab and replace the broken pipe then fill the slab back in. Then he came up with a workaround that took him about an hour: He went over the slab in a closet along the wall. So I was thinking, well OK that will save money. NO! He still charged me $750. When I protested...$750 for an hour's work? He came back...well we have special tools and expertise. So that was a lesson for me. Just know EXACTLY what you are buying and DO NOT ASSUME anything with these guys.

Alan, the service tech, called and came ahead of promised schedule. He was well versed in his craft. He explained and obtained my concurrence to braze extensions before installing valves. The materials used were high quality and work and attitude was professional.

I needed my kitchen faucet replaced but discovered a valve problem that exceeded my expertise. Called Stan's around 1 PM. They had a cancellation and arrived around 3 PM. Done a little after 4 PM. The plumber, Alan, was very friendly and professional. Not sure why I haven't used them before.

He removed one garbage disposal (1/3 horsepower) and install a new (1/2 hp) garbage disposal. He was on time and acted professionally. He was very fast and kept our kitchen clean. We will us Stan again whenever needed.

I always use them. They are awesome, amazing and do a great job. They are honest and always prompt. The service is great. They finish the job on time. They do exactly what I want them to do. My experience has always been positive with them. They are great to talk to. They told me the different materials they were using and asked me which one I wanted.

I love them. I've used them for a long time. They'll come to your house if it is an emergency. They will always be there.

They are reliable I have used them for years. They are honest and friendly I have been happy with them over the years.

I have had many jobs performed by them and I have never had any problems, I will continue to use them and highly recommend them to anyone

The carpet in one bedroom was soaked along the wall. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to come out that afternoon. The problem was quickly identified (drain under tub was leaking due to corrossion) and explained including approximate time to fix which was about what it took plus the time to unclog the drain. He had to cut a hole in the wall of the closet but did so in such a way as to be able to put the piece back. (I'll have to secure it, of course.) This is the second time I have used this company. The other time was a few weeks ago for a leak in the wall pipes under the bathroom sink. That time they came out the morning after I called and took about 40 minutes to fix for a cost of $117 for parts and labor. Different plumbers came for the two visits and both were professional and did a good job.

I called Stan's and asked if they could come out to fix the leak on the same day. They could not but came the next day at the appointed time and did a good job.
