I want to apologize for letting you down, we do understand how frustrating that can be and realize that is not good customer service. Obviously I dropped the ball. I really do strive to never let that happen and I FAILED in that endeavor. Should you ever give us a second chance I will do better.

Description of Work: A garden faucet on the side of my house had previously been attached to the water line using iron pipe. The pipe had rusted out and was leaking water into the wall and soaking the carpet in the nearest room. The plumber attached a new faucet with copper pipe and re-cemented the faucet.

Description of Work: I called to see if they could give me a quote for a pipe that had burst and they were honest and helpful with giving me a decent quote telling me what to expect. I ended up going with a different company because I needed financing and they could not help with that. Had I used them, I'm sure I would have been very satisfied.

Description of Work: 1. Were able to work in their appointment on the same day 2. Alan form the company came over, there were several small jobs that were to be done, dripping faucets, minor leak in the kitchen sink and poor flow in a shower. He worked on 3 sink faucets, and two showers, besides the kitchen sink. 3. All work was done efficiently, did not waste any time. 4. Charges were as explained for time and parts and seemed fair.
