They called me when they were on their way out. They were very professional and nice. After they repaired the hot water heater, I asked them about my bathtub spigot, thinking I needed to replace the entire faucet. They unscrewed the spigot for me and advised me to return the faucet I had purchased for a less expensive spigot. Basically, they saved me more money with their advice and didn't charge me extra for taking off the spigot. They will be my new plumbers. I even called my children to tell them how much better they were than other plumbers we have used in the past.

The phone conversation was good. The technician arrived timely, did the work without having to leave for supplies, and left it as clean as he found it.

Everything when great. I am very satisfied.

In order to do repairs on some leaky kitchen pipes, we needed to shut off our water valves. While turning them back on--our gas hot water heater pressure valve blew and would not re-set. We took the advice of fellow people in need of plumbing services (via Angie's List), and called Stan's Plumbing. Within an hour or so, Ron sent out Alan to our rescue. He was a most professional, knowledgeable, and courteous man who explained all the details to us, and gave us many helpful suggestions. Both men were extremely understanding, and most helpful. We HIGHLY recommend Stan's Plumbing to anyone in our area in need of plumbing services--outstanding services--SUPERB!!

Overall, I am pleased with this company. Before I called them, I read reports that others have written concerning this company. They are professional, and punctual, and I will use them again.

The representative arrived on time, which we love, and proceeded to remove the plate covering the gas starter. After the plate was removed, he checked for leaks and found none. He suggested the problem may be further up the line and would probably require removing bricks to fix. I declined and asked him to cap the gas line into the fireplace, which he did.

Stans Plumbing did an excellent job fixing the hydrant. He cleaned up after himself. It was refreshing to find someone this professional.
