Water heater was replaced in less than an hour

It went very well. He gives me choices as to what I want to use, what kind of materials. He was very friendly person, he had 30 years experience so he knew what he was doing. He gave my confidence that he knew what he was doing and I trusted him. They came when he was supposed to come.They called me before they came, they didn't stand me up. He was very prompt. He finished very fast, it didn't take him long. They price was about what I expected but not over what I expected.

They were here the same day that I called to do the work. They were very friendly and quick with their work.

This was my first time to use Stan's Plumbing and it was a great experience. The plumber assessed our problem and gave us the options of how to proceed. We elected to change out the kitchen faucet. While he did this, he found a persistent leak in the hot water dispenser line and fixed it. I had another plumber work on the previously. He had said it was fixed. Also, Stan's plumber removed and re-set the powder bathroom toilet. It had been giving off a sewer smell but was dismissed by the other plumber. It is now fixed and no longer stinks. The attention to detail was perfect. The clean up job at the end was top notch.

He did a good job. The faucet was leaking and he replaced the gasket...it only took about 30 minutes total. They charged $96 for the service call and $4.50 for the parts. The service call charge seemed excessive to me.

Hot water in shower was not getting hot enough, even though the hot water was fine in rest of house. I wanted the Delta Monitor faucet either adjusted or replaced. Jerry, who performed the service, was very friendly and efficient. He was able to properly adjust the faucet very quickly, so it was unnecessary to replace it. I was very pleased with every aspect of the service from the time of the first call to Stan's Plumbing to when it was completed by Jerry, which was the same day! I would definitely call Stan's Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

The tech did very good job and explained the possibility to me in detail. He charged a resonable fee. I am very happy with their service

They were very punctual. Actually they told me they would be there between 9-11am and called me at 8am to tell me they were on their way. After fixing my toilet and bringing me the bill, the plumber reminded me that my front water hose was still connected and I would need to disconnect it before the weekend (snow is expected). Then he volunteered to do it for me. So very nice and professional. I have had good service from them every time I have called.

We spent about $112 on that work. We use them because they are reasonably priced, give good service and show up when they say they will.

Excellent service! They had someone out within 30 minutes of my call, he was very nice and professional, and had the drain running again in no time! I had company and a flooded utility room, so they saved my holidays! I would recommend them and definitely use them again!

I called for an appointment on Wednesday and they said they would show up on Thursday between 11 and 2. At 2 on Thursday I called to ask why they hadn't shown up and they said I was scheduled for the previous day! They did offer to send someone out as soon as they could but I refuse to work with a company who can't even schedule an appointment correctly and therefore wastes my time. I cannot vouch for their quality of service but their quality of customer care is obviously lacking.

Service was very prompt, efficient and effective.

They did the work as I expected it to be done, there were no leaks afterward, he cleaned up his mess, and he came when he said he would. I think the price is competitive with the market.

I came in from a trip and found water all over my kitchen floor. Called Stan's Plumbing and Bob came out in a few hours and fixed it. He explained what he was using and why and never slowed down while he talked. He was done in abt 40 mins and went over the bill with me. Bob was courteous and professional and I was completely satisfied with him and his work.

Courtesly greeted when I first called. Advised needed help with leaky bathroom faucet and repairing toilet in same bathroom. Told they could send someone that afternoon and would recive a call before they came. Bob could not have been better. Knowledgeable, clean, professional and very courteous. The faucet in bathroom sink is as old as the house built in 1936. He took a conservative approach and said that the problem is that the unit is old and before very long will not be able to be repaired, but he was able to make repair to stop the leak for now. Also was able to repair hot water in this sink which has not worked for months. Am very pleased with response from Bob at Stan's Plumbing

They have been very good each time we have used them. I will continue to call them with any plumbing issues. They were prompt, professional, and tidy. They were very straight forward and honest.

Scheduled the appointment a week in advance; they schedule a two hour window for the arrival. Bob, the plumber, arrived exactly on time. He evaluated the repairs and started right to work. Very easy to speak with and informative about plumbing and faucet issues. I have engaged four different plumbers in the last twelve years. Bob at Stan's Plumbing is by far the very best ever. I will recommend him to any one who says they have plumbing jobs.

They did very good. I think they are a very reputable and responsible plumbing company.

They arrived on time and began by cleaning out all of my drains, including the one in the master bathroom which was also clogged. They were initially unable to clean the kitchen drain and had difficulty when their snake became caught in the drain pipe. They said this was evidence that the pipe was broken. After I authorized the work, they ran new plastic pipe from the wall behind the sink all the way to the sewer line just outside the house, bypassing the broken pipe. They also replaced the vent pipe coming down from the roof. Despite having to cut through the drywall to access and remove existing pipe, they did not damage my kitchen cabinetry. They refilled the trench they dug in the back yard as well as could be expected.

This is a great company. I have used them several times and they are always punctual,do great work and are very professional. My only concern is that you need to track the time spent on the job. I believe it took approx. 1 hour to perform this task. I was charged for an hour and a half. I called the office and they easily resolved my issue with a refund. Their Service Fee is $96 for the first 45 minutes and then $96 per hour thereafter. Seems a little pricey, but it's worth it. The plumber arrived looking very professional and got right to work. He analyzed immediately that the hydrant needed to be replaced. He turned off the water service at the street and then dug out a little more dirt to get better access to the hydrant. He removed the hydrant put some pipe dope on the new hydrant and installed it. He then decided that he would hammer a length of pipe next to the hydrant for additional support. He attached the hydrant to the pipe and then turned back on the water service and tested the hydrant. He then asked me if I wanted to backfill the hole since I had dug it out in order to save some money. It took some time for him to clean his tools and work up the bill which is probably where our time discrepancy came into play. Good plumbers are hard to find - Stan's Plumbing is definately worth adding to your list of service repairmen.

I called Stan's Plumbing yesterday about my leaking toilet and asked for a specific make and model new toilet. They were courteous, pleasant and came and installed my new toilet in less than 24 hours. The plumber (Kevin) was professional and highly competent and showed me (at my request) how to perform maintenance on my kitchen faucet. I called this particular provider based on Angie's List reviews, and so was thrilled that the service was just as good as others have had.

The company responded well, and did the first phase of correcting it. The only shock is that this company has an hourly rate of $96 per hour. So far the first phase has worked, and the company is going to return, but brace for the hourly rate.

Very professional and prompt--it's nice to finally have a plumber I can count on.

They did a good job and they were very nice. They did what they were supposed to do and they had the parts with them so that made it very convenient.
