Overall, it went very well.
Description of Work: I needed various plumbing repairs, and installations. They showed on time, and gave me some information concerning different options I had and suggested the most effective route to repair. I needed some drippy showerheads repaired, a faucet installed and each went quickly and with no issues. I would use this company again. It seemed a bit pricey, but for peace of mind that it was done correctly, the price was okay.

I apologize if you were offended with my response when you called. Seeing as, we as a company do not offer free estimates, and that we have one plumber dedicated to remodels (the rest mainly service plumbing and drain cleaning) and that his schedule is currently packed over the next 6 months. It did not seem to be in your best interest to send somebody out and charge you for an estimate. When we would not be able to start on it for 6 months at the earliest. Once again I apologize that you were offended with my response. (I do need to point out that we did not work on this project, give an estimate or claim that we would, nor did we charge any money at any time pertaining to this project.) Stan's Plumbing Ron W.
