Estimate was ballpark, and final bill came in toward the low end. Conduit bending was especially impressive, matching the contours of the house's woodwork perfectly. I'll use this company when it comes time to upgrade to 200-amp service. They work with you when you're on a budget.

The job turned out wonderful. I use him all the time and I wouldn't use anybody else. They are hard workers and good people. They are a smaller company.

Everything went very smoothly from the time I called to schedule to the actual service call. They were very polite, professional and willing to fit me in a soon as possible due to the A/C related nature of the call.

They arrived on time, got right to work, did a wonderful job at what I thought was a very fair price. They got the job done quickly cleaned up after themselves and left the old parts folded and ready to be thrown away. When I first called Hayes, it was a Friday and I left a message. Someone from the office called me back the same day. She said they could come out the next business day (Monday), but that they didn't schedule appointments, as I would have preferred. Randall called about noon Monday and said he was on his way, and he arrived about 20 min later. He got right to work and stayed completely on task until the job was done. I live in an older house, so the actual installation in the plaster ceiling was a little awkward, so it probably took longer than the installation of a light fixture in a new house. He was here for over an hour and it cost $112.50. I asked for an estimate on another electrical job that I need to have done. He looked at what I wanted done, and he said someone else would contact me with the estimate.

They came one day after I called, as they said they would, at the agreed-upon time. They worked efficiently and completed the job quickly, saving me money.

They were fantastic. Showed up on time. Were cheerful. Very knowledgeable and able to help us decide where the lights should go. The work was completed in a timely manner and they left the kitchen cleaner than when they arrived! Would hire them again in a heartbeat. And, they gave us a senior discount.

I called and told the person what work was for, person arrived and said he "did not work" on the things I had called to be worked on but would "take a look". Pulled fan/light cap, said he had never seen anything like it. Said we might be able to find a fuse "somewhere". Moved a fuse from another part of the unit. I mentioned I had told the schedule person what the problem was and he said he was "just a trouble shooter." He made out a bill and we paid it.

They are very reliable and honest. They are available when you need them, not usually on the same same day though, but available almost exactly when you need them. They always seem to be cheerful as well.

Hayes Electric did a great job of getting all my units installed very efficiently. I would use them again and recommend them.

Hayes Electric took about three days to wire up my house. They are professional and courteous. They showed up shortly after I called them and worked straight through to finish the job. They did not make a mess of things, and I would hire them again.

I was impressed that Hayes Electric cleaned up so well for the work they did. They made sure to use a tarp to catch anything from the ceiling and would sweep up anything that landed outside the tarp. I also liked that they did not break anything.
