We've used Hayes for several things through the years, but most recently they installed a new oven for us. They were very reasonably priced, on time, quick, professional, and very responsive. They are always our first call for electrical service.

Hayes Electric was just great with this large job. They faced some difficulties (thanks to my 1950's home and a small attic!), but they were able to complete the jobs and did great. They were punctual, hardworking, and courteous. They kept me up-to-date with their progress. They also did a great job of cleaning up the areas after they were done. I had looked into several other electricians, and Hayes Electric had to best prices. Their work and customer service certainly exceeded my expectations! I would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Excellent.. Called to let me know that they were on their way.. Professional in every way.. Explained what they were going to do, arrived on time and got work in efficient manner. Totally impressed and most definitely would hire again.

They came out. The guy that did the troubleshooting kind of got lucky because the first place he looked, he was able to determine what line was bad. It took a lot less time than what it could have.

We had some remodeling done in our bathroom probably 7 or 8 years ago and they were a sub contractor to the contractor that did the remodeling.

The whole process went very well. Due to the ice storm and frequent calls, they weren't giving estimates, which is understandable. They charged a flat fee for the work to replace the electrical riser, and the price was very reasonable.. quickly fixed. I will use them again when I have electrical needs.

After a minor problem with the scheduler everything went extremely well. The company even gave me a small discount for my inconvenience. The electrician who did the work was very efficient.

I didn’t care much for them. We will not use them again. I was not here, I had made the appointment but they couldn’t get it and I just blew them off and out of the blue they just called and said they could be here. They came out late that afternoon, I was at work, my husband was here, and the guy that came in had a very unprofessional attitude. It was almost like he really didn’t want to be here, really didn’t want to do the work and if I was here, I probably would have told him to leave. He wanted to charge out a huge price to come out and fix all the outlets that he had marked which was ridiculous. We couldn’t find an electrician that was reasonable, we just had a friend come over and help us out with what we needed. I would not suggest anybody use Hayes Electric unless they are insane. He was not professional at all.

Dwayne and helper arrived on time, were very polite and professional, didn`t leave a mess. The price was very reasonable, quick and efficient, excellent work. I will call them again if I should need some electrical work done.

Mr Hayes, the owner, called me to let me know the electricians were on their way and in no time my doorbell rang and they were here.They were professional and knowledgeable and explained everything I need to know regarding the switches in the boxes. I would highly recommend them to family, friends and whoever else is looking for excellent electrical work done.And it didn't take them but a couple of hours to complete the job. Very pleased.

The electrician, Randall was very punctual, professional, and pleasant. He was efficient and very good at each chore. He completed all the items in about 1 hour and cleaned up all materials and tools. We are very pleased with this employee and this company.

professional work, done efficiently. One remaining problem brought them back the following morning and quickly fixed.

They're quick, know what they're doing, don't leave a mess, are reasonably priced, and do great work. They're very clean and don't leave a mess in your home. The work is perfect, I've never had problems with their work.

We had a ceiling fan that had fallen out of the ceiling. We wanted to replace it with a new fan. I received a quote from another electrician and the price quoted ($400) seemed very high. I called Hayes and they said they could do all the work quoted by the other electrician for $200.00 max. When the Hayes Electrician arrived, he said I did not need as much work as the previous electrician had quoted and they got the new fan up and working in about 30 minutes. They disposed of the old broken fan and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional. And they charged me less than the original quote, since the job was not as complicated as they thought it would be. I will definitely call Hayes for any future electrical work.

Part of the house was without power as we shut off a circuit that had flickering issues. Fortunately, they were able to dispatch someone less than three hours after I called. After being told about the problem that we were having and being shown the location of the breakers, he quickly got to work. Before long, he diagnosed the breaker as the source of the issue, removed it, and showed that it was damaged. The breaker was replaced and power was restored without any further issue being found. I had to head back to my office before the work was completed and asked if it would be okay if I left the card I wanted to use for payment with my roommate, which he agreed would work. I think this was a bit of miscommunication as my roommate was later told that they couldn't take payment by card and needed a check instead. Fortunately, we were able to work out an arrangement where the check will be sent by mail so that he could continue to the next job and I didn't have to return home immediately. Overall, it was a fast and pleasant experience with a very reasonable price. I will definitely be giving them a call for future electrical needs.

When all others could not come out within a 24 to 48 hour window. Hayes could. Professional work. Actually added additional outlet at no cost.

They are wonderful. After using them, you will not hire another electrician in the future. Their prices are reasonable and they can do anything electrical. They are efficient and I would hire them again. They come on time, are neat, clean and quick. They are a good company and have been in business 45 years. They are so good and so quick and their prices are also very reasonable.

I did not know where the switch to the fan was and he could not find it. So he had to crawl up into the attic and cut some wires to shut it off. He also fixed a light over the stove that would not come on and I didn't even ask him to do that. He also gave me the senior discount that I had forgotten to ask for due to the fan running all the time making my brain not work well.

It went really. He was very professional and showed up on time to do the work. They were quick but thorough when it came to getting the job done. I nothing but great things to say about them. I would highly recommend them.
