He was great. Showed up on time. Was polite. Worked quickly. Explained what he was doing. very professional.

He is always prompt & professional. He is a decent man who I feel is honest with you and doesn't over-charge you. The next time I need appliance repair I will call Bob. I've already referred him to my mom for any repairs she might need.

Ice maker in freezer was not producing ice. I called Bob's Appliance and set up an appointment for them to come check it out. Service man was VERY nice, clean and professional. He showed up at my house right on time, removed the icemaker and cleaned it out. It had jammed one night when the electricity had been out for at least 4 hours and it locked up. After rinsing it out and unlocking it, he reinstalled it and it has worked like a charn ever since. Price was right and he told me if I had any problems with it producing ice that he would come out again within 30 days and not charge a service fee. I would highy recommend this company to anyone.

Side by side refrigerator stopped cooling food and freezer section was above 60 degrees. Called on Saturday morning about 10:00 am, Bob called back fairly quickly and advised he could stop by between 12:00-12:30. Called back when he was 20 minutes away. Diagnosed stater relay failure quickly and had part on truck. Replaced part and waited and confirmed a 20 degree drop in freezer temp. before he left. Bob was very polite, friendly, and had a since of humor, not just trying to hurry up since he was on his way home as this was last service call of the day. Bob checked cooling coils, but they were clean since I had cleaned them myself this morning before I had made service call. I had a heavy duty extension cord on refrigerator from several years ago because of one of our winter power outages, Bob advised he does not recommend using one for extended time. I did advise the coils were extremely dirty until I used an air hose to clean them. Bob advised that since the refrigerator was 10 years old the starter relay probably just failed, but the dirty coils and extension cord could have been putting the relay under a little more stress. I will use Bob's Appliance Repair Co. again on the next appliance repair I may have and would recommend him to everyone.

Great service. Very knowledgeable. Fast, efficient, prompt. Seems very honest. Same day service. Called at 9:00 am and fixed before noon.

Excellent overall. After finding the dishwasher was out on Saturday I scheduled a $30 service call the following Monday to estimate repair cost. Bob diagnosed the problem within minutes of his arrival, found he had the necessary replacement part in his truck, replaced it and had my 10-year old dishwasher working again in less than an hour. I figure I saved $200 on this repair.

He located the problem and fixed it. He has always done really good work for me.

He is absolutely wonderful. He was actually very fair with his price and he came in lower than some of the others that we had and also higher than others but not extraordinarily high or anything. His price depends on the job but he is very honest and will tell you whether it is worth your time to repair it or replace it and he always comes in really good on price. We have used a couple of others over the years and we won't use anybody else now. He is that good. He stands by his work and will come back and re-repair it if needed but we have never had to have that done with his work. We haven't had any problems with him. He always calls you right back. He is kind of a one-in-a-million guy and you don't get repairmen like him very often.

He charged the $35.00 and never completed the job.

He came the same day that I called, which was definitely a plus. I would absolutely use him in the future.

I didn't tell them I had a front loader. He doesn't work on them. BUT he connected me immediately with someone who does. He DIDN'T charge me for the trip!

The problem was a result of the way I was stopping the machine. Whenever it started to run over, I would just stop the machine and it would grind to a halt. That was hard on the clutch. He replaced it in a timely manner and his price was very reasonable. It was $30 an hour. He would charge extra for any part replaced. He did not assure me as to how long it would give me trouble free service.

Bobs Washer & Dryer Repair goes out of their way to do above and beyond what they need to. Its a family owned business. Very excellent I would recommend them to everyone.

Bobs Appliance is just a one man company. They were able to respond to our call within a couple of days. He had what he needed to make the repairs when he came. I would definitely recommend him to others to use his services, I plan to use him in the future.
