He was very personable and did an excellent job. I have saved his number if I ever need him again. I would definitely recommend them with my highest rating.

Bob is extremely knowledgeable. Been in the business for years. Quickly diagnosed the problem. He had to order a part, which too a few days. Arrives on time when the part came in. Probably took 10 minutes to diagnose and 15 minutes to install the new ice maker. Couldn't have asked for a better technician.

I made a mistake. This is not the serviceman I used. Please disregard the assessment of Bob on the first line. I cannot delete it.

I think the price was average. I didn't shop around.

Problem complexity beyond technician's comfort zone. He made arrangement for another firm to come same day for repairs. He did not charge for service call. I admire his ethics.

He arrived on time. He spent approx. 10 mins at our house and this includes the time he took to do the paperwork. He took a panel off in the freezer and said our coils we frozen. And said it would cost $250-$400 to repair and that we'd be better off getting a new one. And, he doesn't do Freon! When I called him I told him what the problem was. If he doesn't do Freon why would he come to work on a Freezer with a temperature problem? If there's a leak in the coils, why couldn't he repair it?

Our freezer was not freezing and he came himself altho is is semi retired. After calling he came right away and checked our freezer and said the door was probably left open and would start freezing after the door was left shut for some hours. Everything he said was true. It still works perect. I was so glad to see him because this could have been a disaster. He was really nice and friendly. I will never call anyone else.

The tech was so helpful and very professional. He didn't charge for coming out and recommended someone more familiar with our washer. Will definitely call for other problems. Highly recommend.

Everything went well. Bob told me what time frame he had the day before when I initially called and when he had a cancellation the day of the appointment he checked to see if the earlier time would work for me. He came to the house at the agreed upon time after giving me a call 15 minutes before so I could meet him there. He diagnosed and fixed the problem with the drain and gave me instructions for checking to make sure there weren't any other issues (there weren't) and he was done with my refrigerator repair in less than an hour. I'll definitely call him again if there's trouble with another appliance in the future!

He came out right away and was very knowledgeable. He tuned up the washing machine and did great job. I would definitely use him again.

Bob returned my phone call quickly. He was very polite and courteous. He, however, does not work on my brand of dishwasher nor does he do warranty work as the issues we had was with a brand new dishwasher. He did recommend that we call the customer service number on our dishwasher panel to see if they could recommend someone who does perform warranty work. I did and the customer service rep for my dishwasher brand was very helpful and our issues were taken care of within a couple of days. Although Bob did not perform the work for me, I was impressed with how helpful he was. I would not hesitate to call Bob in the future to handle any appliance repair work needed.

He was great. He showed up on short notice and did great work. Good follow up as well.

Responded quickly to the initial call. Timely and professional. Follow-up visit was on time, professional and thorough. The total bill was lower than what an appliance store had suggested I should expect. He will be my first choice to call for an appliance repair in the future.

Bob was on time, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, cordial, and had a great sense of humor. I'm afraid I have run out of adjectives. He's the kind of guy who puts you at ease. He was able to unclog the washing machine pump in less than 30 minutes. He also looked everything else over and recommended replacing a hose, which I didn't do at the time. $38.00 service charge + $20.00 for labor. More than reasonable. I will definitely call him again for any other large appliance repair.

I called to get the icemaker repaired. Bob was punctual, very friendly, and ending up fixing the water dispensor as well, which hadn't worked in years. The price was very reasonable. I will most definitely call this repairman for all my future appliance repair needs.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company. My initial phone call was handled very efficiently and I received a call from Bob immediately to set up an appointment. He arrived promptly and had the job completed in the blink of an eye. He was most professional and friendly and I will certainly use him in the future if the need arises.

Bob was amazing. He did everything he could to save me money, kept in constant contact while searching for parts, and fixed it in less than half an hour. He thoroughly explained to me what was broken and showed me so I would understand what needed fixing. He was so kind and professional, I am calling him today to come fix my dryer now. I highly recommend Bob. His overall demeanor and my overall experience were exceptional. I am so happy that I used his services.

I called about warranty work for my Jennaire Refeigerator, however he doesn't handle warranty work. He has worked on my old top load washer. He was on time and had parts. Seemed fairly reasonable . Didn't really know what cost should be.

After two attempts by handymen to repair our dishwasher were unsuccessful, I looked once again to Angie's List for someone who could help me...When I saw the reviews on Bob, I remembered that I had used him several years ago to repair an icemaker. He responded right away to my phone call, came out to diagnose the problem, called for a repair part while there, and was back in two days to install it. No mess, no fuss, no reason for me to wring my hands the next time an appliance 'dies' on me - I'll go to Bob right away!!

Fixed a leaking intake valve on my dishwasher - I discovered the problem after waking up and finding a large puddle kitchen floor. When i called Bob he was not able to make it to my house for two days but helped me with a short term fix (turning off water to dishwasher). When he did come he was on time and had the machine fixed in about 45 minutes.

We were very pleased with Bob. He kept us informed regarding our appointment and gave us an assessment of the problem. We didn't require any part replacement just an adjustment he was happy to do at no additional charge. We plan to call Bob for any future need.

The main motor had burned out. He explained the option of replacing the motor and the cost vs. purchasing a new dishwasher. He was on time, efficient, and friendly. We will call him the next time we need large appliance repair.

I will use Mr. Harmon the if I ever need more work done. He was knowledgeable, on-time, professional, pleasant and quick. He was in and out and did not leave a big mess for me to clean up. I appreciated that he referred me to another repairman for my washer. In addition, he gave me a senior citizen discount of $40.
