Great! I did not have any trouble. I have heard about him from other people.

It was a good service. They were on time and answered all my questions. They gave a couple of tips.

The appointment time was scheduled between 1pm and 2pm. Bob showed up at 1:03pm and it is the most prompt appointment I can ever remember for any type of service call, I was very impressed. He got to work right away and found that he could replace the circuit board and the part was available but it would cost about $300. He was very upfront with me about the advantages and disadvantages of repairing it vs. replacing it and also obtained a couple of quotes from reputable dealers that he recommends. It was a great experience (even though I had bad news about my range) and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND his services.

Very professional. Other repairman was able to diagnose and repair my oven quickly. Bob could have easily left me hanging or tried to fix it but instead sent me to someone he believed was more expert on my brand and problem. Hard to find now days!

It was a good experience he called me as soon as the problem was evaluated he told me my dishwasher could not be fixed. He was responsive and honest about all issues.

He came out here fast, he was very professional and my wash has washed. I felt he was good. The price was more than fair. I'll definitely use him again.

I called and made an appointment and then he called back and could make it earlier than expected. He diagnosed problem and said he could have part in by the next Wednesday. He called me on next Tuesday and had time to fix it that day. Took him about 15 minutes and washer has worked perfect since that time. Both calls did not take a total of 30 minutes. He was more than on time - he called and was early for both appointments. Excellent service provider.

He was very, very nice and answered questions. The repaired turned out well and he got everything working again. I would recommend him highly; he is a nice guy. He was excellent all around simply because of his experience and his work.

Due to some unanticipated problems like discovering the fan motor not working and being given the wrong motor due to incorrect manufacturer information, he had to make 2 or 3 trips to the house. He was always called 5-20 minuets before the agreed arrival time to let me know he was on the way. When he had the wrong motor, he wasn't sure he could back that same day because it was late afternoon. We set a time for the next day for him to come back and install the fan motor. A short time later he called and said, " I have the motor and I can be back at your house in 10-15 minutes, is that convenient?" Of course it was and shortly after he returned, he had my refrigerator up and running. He was extremely apologetic and remorseful for all the problems he had with this encounter because I was a first time customer. The problems did not bother me one bit for I know these things happen. This man was the most considerate and friendliest repairman I have encountered since I left my small hometown where the repairmen had known me and my family most of my life. He was very honest and fair in his billing and gave me a senior discount, as well as giving me a full accounting of each part and his service charge(which I considered extremely reasonable. I strongly recommend Bob's Appliance Repair. He deserves a Gold Star Award.

Bob fixed the leak and told me that I should prepare to buy another washer because the 1976 avocado green Magtag was going to go soon. He recommened other vendors he trusted to provide me with another washer. I appreciate his honesty. He also discounted his hours because he was not able to stay and watch the machine go thru its cycles. "Bob, the machine tube seal did grab hold and did not leak." Thanks again.

Bob was very professional, got right to work didn't waste any time. Very confident. Very knowledgeable. Will definitely use him a again and recommend him.

Everything was fine, we had no problems at all.

When first called business number was greeted by very pleasant lady who took down information regarding problem with my Samsung dishwasher and related she would contact Bob to pass on request and he would call back. Less than ten minutes later received call from Bob who apologized and then went on to explain that he does not work on Samsung dishwashers. And then was nice enough to give me name and number of another repairman who did.

I contacted Bob's Appliances yesterday and he scheduled me for 2:00-3:00 today. He was prompt, courteous and friendly. Service was quick and efficient. Very professional. I would call him again and definitely would recommend him to friends and family.

His service is very good. He had it fixed and had it running in no time. I have used him twice and I will continue to use him if I have a problem. He is very reasonable for what you get and does not try to gouge on the price. My daughter had to meet him. He had to order parts to fix it. I was not going back to pay him until the weekend. However, he came to fix it and left a bill. He did not want to wait that long to repair my freezer. He was more concerned about saving everything in my freezer. He is fantastic. He is prompt and arrives almost as soon as you call. You don't have to wait two or three days. He is a very good person.

I was called back the same day and referred to a repairman who could work on our washing machine. By the way, don't buy LG products if you want your machine repaired the same day. Just a heads up there.

The experience went well in the repair was completed.

Although Bob was courteous, knowledgeable, and punctual, the service provided was not worth $135.00. He replaced the ignitor on my frigidaire oven which is a $20.00 part. The service call was $35.00. The labor charge for 30 minutes was $36.00. And tax, ofcourse. The numbers just don't add up.

Have used Bob for years for fridge and washer repairs. He kept an old Whirlpool washer running when it was over 20 years old. Same fro my fridge. Bob is honest and professional, and I highly recommend him.

They were early for the appointment and they were very honest about the situation. I felt like their rates were reasonable and they cleaned up after the service.

Honest & Professional! We called Bob on Monday afternoon and he was able to come out early the next morning. He was great and accomodated our schedule. We thought we had a washer leak. It ended up being off balance. He figured it out and only charged $35 for his time coming out to our house. It was well worth his expertise (and the fact that he didn't try to fix something that wasn't broken). Bob is great and super friendly. There's no question that we will be calling him the next time we have a large appliance issue.

It appeared that my upright freezer was stuck in defrost mode because the food in the door was thawing out but the freezer showed it was -10 degrees. This was on Sunday afternoon and I was leaving town. I saw their reviews on Angie's List and there was a certificate or $5 off a $100 charge, so I called and made arrangements for someone to meet my daughterat my house on Tuesday afternoon after she got off work. The repairman came out and checked the freezer. He told my daughter that the coils in the back of the freezer were froze over, thats why there was ice on the back of the freezer, and it wasn't letting the cold air circulate to the front of the freezer. He ordered the parts, but I wasn't going to be back in town until late Saturday so couldn't pay him because they don't accept credit cards, only cash or checks. He didnt want to wait that long before fixing the freezer so met my daughter at my house on Friday afternoon, repaired the freezer and left a bill and a self addressed envelope for me to mail the payment. In addition he gave me a senior discount. I couldn't have asked for someone to be kinder and work with us any better than they did in our situation. I will certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking for appliance repair.
