The quote was for about $800. They seemed to be nice enough guys. They had been recommended by some local people. The guy was excellent in his responsiveness and was right here. His professionalism was very good.

I got them off Angie's List. They were great. It is a brand new company. They did wonderful work. They gave me very personal service. He took the time to explain every single thing they were going to do to update my plumbing. They did part of the work while I was out of town and I felt my house was in safe hands with their company. They picked up plumbing fixtures that I special ordered. It is like small-town service. I was really impressed. The place was spotless when they were through. I always dealt with the owner when I called. He also recommended someone to do the drywall work. He was good after the sale as well. He made sure I was taken care of, including getting the holes fixed in the wall by a good drywall company. The price was very fair. It was the lowest of 3 estimates I received.

Water tank stopped working. Signed up for Angie's List to be able to identify someone to call. Called Anderson Plumbing. Pat called back within 30 minutes. Pat and Craig were able to come out the same day after they completed another job. They showed up earlier than they estimated they would; looked over my problem and gave me a couple of options. I selected the one I liked best, which was to replace the 12 year old tank with a new one. They left to get tank, lunch and permit. They returned and installed the tank and made a couple of changes to comply with current code; and arranged for inspector to come inspect the work. Inspector came and all was great. Would use them again. They are now officially "my plumber".

I called Pat Anderson about repairing and or replacing my sewer line. I asked him if he had his own backhoe to dig up the old line. He said yes he did. I said ok you can come out and give me an estimate. Pat said he would come the next day. I got a call about 4:00 pm the next day from an independent backhoe company and he said Pat asked him to come out. The backhoe backhoe guy came out and looked at everything and said he would tell Pat and Pat will give me a call with a quote the next day. A week went by and never heard from anyone. (remember this is sewer line so can not use house water) I lined up someone else to do the work. After 8 days the backhoe guy calls back (not Pat the plumber that I called) with an estimate to do the work. I said to the backhoe guy well give me the estimate anyways. He did and it was the highest out of 3 that I got by alot. Pat Anderson never did anything about coming out and giving estimate or call me back ever. Pat Anderson Plumbing is not reliable at all and cause us more days without getting it fixed before we gave up on him and told another company to do the work.

The leak on the street had increased our bill tenfold. Anderson Plumbing responded immediately and addressed the problem. They were very courteous and very professional. We found them to be reasonably priced too. On another occasion we had them come out to give an estimate for a tankless system. The person who came out was very open, honest, and frank. He advised us not to go with a tankless system because we would never see a return on the amount of money we would invest in it.

I have great results with them; they do a good job and they are fair priced. They show up on time and they call if they can't get here. He is very polite and is clean and neat.

Anderson Plumbing was very pleasant. They gave me a quote and that was the final price. They were neat and punctual. I would use them again.
