Description of Work: This was one of several companies that supplied a bid for the roof project on our house. Our sense was that the All American Roofing was professional, efficient, and competent. They offered services that were comparable to other companies with whom we spoke and they agreed to provide additional information when we requested it. In sum, to the extent that we have worked with them, we find All American Roofing to be a fine company. I should add the price is only a B because this seemed the best way to say that they were in the middle of the price range that we generated from the various bids for this project. Thus, it is our view that the price they offered in their bid was a fair one. Thus, as to whether we would consider using them in the future, the answer is yes.

+ -1 moreOverall, the response time was good but that's about it. I thought it was very unprofessional to not leave us something in writing or discuss options. Just to verbally say around $6000 without even being there 5 minutes isn't good enough. Would not recommend. I will be using another company to replace my roof.
Description of Work: We called for an estimate for roof replacement because they were highly recommended by a few people. We have had previous hail storms and one prior to the visit. I could visibly see a few shingles lifted after the storm. The salesman was only there a few minutes and was quick to say there was no hail damage and the insurance would not help us with the cost. That was it, he was on his way. Didn't even leave us an estimate. My husband had to ask him before he left how much it would cost us and was quick to say about $6000 without discussing any options or details. It was New Years Eve day and I got the feeling he was just ready to leave. I am very disappointed that we were "blown off". Yes we did say that we would like insurance to cover part if they could, but regardless, we still need to replace it. Even if that means paying for it in full. I Don't think that our experience was anything like what had been recommended.

+ -1 moreThis company was very punctual and polite. They finished both jobs extremely fast and had excellent cleanup. Our new roof looks really nice and we are so thankful it doesn't leak. However, we live in an older house and our old siding was damaged in the process of putting on the new roof. Representatives from the company took pictures and said that they would get back to us about the damage. We called them several times but it was never resolved.
Description of Work: New roof on both a gabled roof and a flat roof.

+ -1 moreThe owner is a great salesperson and has a wonderful resume book he brings to wow you with. He is very nice, but probably the highest price roofing company in town. I was wanting to get a couple more bids, but unfortunately he was the first to come out and he put a sign in my yard and then nobody else would give me an estimate. His scheduler called and left me a voice mail message to schedule a time for the work to be done, but didn't wait for my return call. At 6:30 the next morning, workers were there dropping off the materials. A tree fell on my brand new roof about 3 months later and they wouldn't even fix it!!! He (Neal) referred me to an associate who quoted me $3400 to repair the roof! This was about 7 times the amount of other quotes I received, and I really don't understand why this company wouldn't repair it! GET OTHER QUOTES, THEY ARE HIGH!

Description of Work: All American Roofing put a new roof on the house $1600 was paid by the Insurance Co we paid $1000. We wanted better shingles so we upgraded.
