They were efficient, professional and cleaned up everything and they did great all the way. Also, Dustin were Brant so nice but everyone at the company was extremely helpful to me especially good customer service.

Service was fantastic, they were really fast on responding to a maintenance check on the roof and sorted everything out very quickly to get the new roof sorted, really easy and friendly people to get along with very professional will 100 percent go back to them if there is ever work needing doing in the future

I cannot be more pleased with how the entire process went! Jamie sent me a quote very quickly and got me on schedule quick! Brent was such a professional to deal with, he handled all of my insurance paperwork which took all of the stress off of me.

The roof replacement work was fine. They were called in to perform warranty work and instead identifying another problem not related to the roof without investigating the roof itself which also had a problem.

Michael and Johnny were both a pleasure to work with. Michael helped so much by working with my insurance. I didn't have to do anything but answer the door! I needed a new roof and inside damage repaired. From his helpful and friendly demeanor to getting the work done on an extremely quick basis, I was completely satisfied. Johnny did the work inside for me and was a pleasure to have in my home. He made sure everything was done to my standard. I cannot be more pleased with the cost, quality of work and especially All American Roofing's customer service. Michael walked me through the process of all that would be done. He was so helpful and addressed my concerns. Susan, in the office was always there for me when I needed clarification or special requests and was very quick to get it to the right person and they, or Susan, would get back to me in a timely manner. All American Roofing was in charge of all the work done to my house, not just the roof. This was my first ever insurance claim and Michael was instrumental in helping me with this process. This company also did not finish the work and abandon me. I had an issue with some damage to a screen due to the gutter repair and they repaired the screen immediately for me. I'm a very picky person and wanted the garage door company to inspect the rail after installation for a very small issue, and All American Roofing arranged the service call immediately. I highly recommend All American Roof Inc. They are the best experience I have ever had with a contractor!

Very professional and efficient. All American Roofing kept me informed at all times when they would be out for the roofing. Roofing looks great and no leaks since last three rain storms. I would highly recommend this company.

We could not be more pleased. They were in and out quickly, and did a great job. We are having them do another project this fall. They beat another well known painter's price by a significant amount. I've already recommended them to a friend.

Neil and his son came to our house and gave us a very thorough and competitive estimate. They were very detailed, explained how everything would be done and patiently answered all of our questions. We used a coupon they had on Angie's List, which was generous, and they also told us of another deduction if my husband had been a veteran. Work began the following week and was completed in three days. The house is large and barn-shaped, so there were a lot of wood shingles to be torn off before decking and new composition shingles were installed. Neil helped us choose a color that closely resembled wood shingles, and we are completely happy with the new look. The workers arrived on time each day, they covered our pool before starting the work, were courteous, hardworking, and cleaned up the yard of debris and nails. This company is very reliable and responds quickly to every question or concern. I highly recommend All American Roofing to anyone needing roof repair or replacement. This company is there to please its customers.

No one working could speak english, 2 weeks after completion I noticed warping of the shingles. When I complained their office said as soon as it got warm out, they would flatten out. They did not. Apparently I needed a totally new roof - new wood- pluwood and everything. I was never told this they just re-shingled over my roof boards. Filed complaint with BBB. They refused to repair or do-over. Stated I still owed them $800 which I said that's correct- since you have not done a proper job or corrected.

They were punctual, courteous, and cleaned up really well. I had one little problem and they came out and fixed that for me.

They can out quickly to be sure the cover on the hole in roof was adequate. They refoofed the damaged area. The quality of the install is second to none. This is the second time I have used them. My neighbors had damaged roofs but mine looks the best. Roofers were pros, the company takes pride in a beautiful job. Seemed pricey but got good quality composite shingles (Timberline).

It went well, the roof looks great, and have not seen any leaks. However, their roofing material supplier tore up the ditch next to the driveway. Their truck and forklift left large ruts that need to be filled in and leveled off. I complained to All American, they said it would be taken care of, but nothing has been done about it. I'll have to try to do something about it myself, or hire some one. Won't be able to mow that area come spring without it being fixed. Also, still finding trash from the shingles packaging. Their clean up was rather hurried, leaving debris here and there.

Cash was very professional during the entire project. Besides having to replace our roof and Rain Gutters, we had fence damage, garage door damage and other damage due to the Hail storms in May 2013. We were very satisfied with All-American.

The roofers did a good job on the 2 roofs we had done. They were polite and answered all our questions. They did a good job of cleaning up after the work was done. We have used this company the last 4 times we put on roofs. Here's what was extra special this time -- GAF was offering a rebate for military and veterans, but we didn't know it. About a month after the roofing was done, Susan called from the All American office to ask if we were military or veterans. When we said yes, she explained about the rebate. She then processed all the paperwork and sent it in for us. We have already received the rebate check. That's service above and beyond! Thanks Susan!

I called for an appointment for an estimate. A couple of days later I got the estimate. Agreed to the work and 3 weeks later work started. Roof replacement took a little over a day to complete. The quality of the work is excellent. The workers did a great job of cleaning up after they were done. I would definitely reccommend All American, and I would use them again.

We saw their representative and he has been great and very helpful. So far so good.

All American Roofing Inc have outstanding service and products bar none. They had quick response time in coming out for an estimate, working it, and providing the information. The work was accomplished within the estimate. It was a very timely process from the phone call to the end result. I used them again for this project from a roofing experience with them.

They have been incredibly professional and very thorough. They have done a very good job. They are coming back to replace a garage door and do exterior painting.

It went okay; they were all right. I had to pay for the roofing materials; it was a big, big job. The paint guy was excellent. It went well. They were responsive to anything that was needed. They were punctual and they did what they said they would do. They were good to call and all that.

Was right on time for appointment. Looked at the skylights and told me that he had a minimum charge of $300. That was fine. He told me what week he would be out to do the work and since it was all outside, it wasn't necessary for it to be done during office hours. It did end up being fixed during the work day and the two workers were very professional. We will use them again.
