Description of Work: Don't know if they swept the floor. I walked on the carpet in white socks they were filthy. Also, included was deodorizer and carpet "protector" Ended up buying those too. Carpet still smells bad and I don't know what the protector supposed to do. We've had good work from them before, and it came much cleaner.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in large sunroom and one love seat and chair. Did a good job cleaning, polite and prompt. The carpet and furniture took two days to adequately dry.( I even had five fans on trying to get carpet dry. I also thought price was on the high side.
