We are very pleased with the work Homer 9 did. They arrived on time and performed the work in reasonable time. The ducts and their working areas were very clean when they left.

Two workers were on time and very nice. Had me review sofa which turned out well but did not ask me to look over carpet which was upstairs. Cleaner than before but I was disappointed stains still there.

My problem is I have cats and they peed on the floor and they did real good getting that out. They were on time, they were courteous, they gave me a quote and they stuck to it, and they were real thorough.

The carpet did look better when they were finished. There was no odor and the carpet dried quickly. I was concerned about spots on the carpet. After a few days the spots were gone. Great job! I will definitely use them again. Also recommend their services.

Superior! They showed up with their tandem wheel new diesel truck and both operators were dressed alike in uniform shirts and trousers and added footie covers to their shoes, while wearing their photo name tags on their shirts. They had all of the right tools and equipment and were very respectful of our home and furnishings. I moved several pieces of furniture so they could get to and remove and subsequently cover all of the vents. We had about 40 total vents-returns and supplys and they removed all of them and washed them in our laundry tub. Looked like new when reinstalled. I was so happy with their work that I tipped them $25 each! The total with tax was $402 and it was a fixed price. We had never had this done and we had a lot of drywall and other construction dust as well as much pet hair. They said we were a little bit past average on the amount of dirt collected. I was happy with the professional job they did cutting a round hole in both the supply and return duct and the method of patching them afterward. I also liked the fact that they are an established company with a national connection. Avoid dealing with the coupon hustlers that only give you an 800 number and web address. I had a crew like that show up last year for an "estimate" and that if I wanted to accept it, they would do it then and there. Their truck had no markings and the crew looked like they came from the blood bank. I gave them gas money (they came from 50 miles away) and told them to hit the road. Stanley Steemer gives you a fixed price and you can usually find a $50 coupon. At the end of the job, they may offer some disinfecting or sanitizing but I passed on both but this wasn't an issue for me. Before finding Stanley Steemer, I called another outfit that offers coupons in our local paper, and found out that the $299 was for 12 vents only. I would have paid hundreds of dollars more since they charge by the vent. Believe me, I don't just let anyone into our home and highly value dealing with a reputable and locally established firm. These are the people you want!

The workers were considerate and went about their job quickly and professionally. Answered my questions and did not try to sell me other services.

They ruined the custom fabric on our couch and chair. They actually sliced open the fabric. They were rude and tried to tell me it wasn’t their fault when I contacted them regarding my complaints. It was such a hassle getting them to repair the damage that they ended up not even fixing it for us. I would never hire them again. I felt the cost was reasonable, but it wasn’t worth the hassle.

Excellent job! Carpet looks like new! Techs took care of all big pieces of furniture! I just moved knick-knacks! Techs also asked if I had any worrisome spots! Very professional and punctual!

As well as could be expected. Some spots stained too bad to look perfect after cleaning but was better than before.

They did arrive on time, but they were very quick with the job and we didn't have a stick of furniture in here. The one room had some sort of longer nap carpet and that carpet was so wet it stayed wet for well over a week. We would never use that company again. The guys were just in a hurry to get back home for a Friday night. The equipment seemed so dirty.

They arrived on time and were very courteous. Cleaned all of the rooms very quickly and everything seemed to go well. The smell in the carpet though returned shortly after the carpets dried so I had them return to deodorize it again, though once again this time the smell remained gone.

All went well from the time they arrived with covers on their shoes which should be standard fare but is not with most service companies. They were hard workers ...professional and very courteous. I was happy with everything except the final price.

It was recommended to us by our allergist. It made a dramatic difference. They did an excellent job. I thought the value for the amount of money was a good savings.

Their charge is fine. We pay ahead of time to have the carpet cleaning done 3 times a year, so it is cheaper that way. They call up and ask us when to schedule or we can call them. We have had no problem with them. They show up when they say they are going to show up. We will use them again in the future. We have no reason to change other than if somebody came out with a really really good deal.

The Stanley Steemer team arrived within the time range specified by the office scheduler. One technician began preparing their equipment for the service while the other came into the house and reviewed the work order with me. After a walk through, the leader asked if I had any questions and if I wanted to make any changes. After our discussion, they proceeded to work methodically and quickly through the project, completing the entire job and then going through a check list of items with me. Before they left, they made sure I understood what to expect as the different areas of the carpet and the sofa dried. We are very pleased with the entire experience and would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

I think the price was fair but I did not have anything to compare it with. I thought they did well. The responsiveness was excellent. They were here on time. They were very professional. I will use them in the future. I am thinking of calling them here.

I was not here at the time, but they talked my husband into several more extras I did not agree to. The carpets were SOAKED. They were wet for several days. They did not move much of the furniture (which would have been ok, but for the price!) The edges of the carpet were not cleaned and some of the stains did not come out. I called them because they were rated good but I was very disappointed. Someone called to see if I was satisfied and I told her that I was not. She said she would give me a $200 voucher if they could come again and redo it. (Less than 1/2 price! I would think they'd come again for free) I recently got an estimate from another company that was 1/2 the price for the same work. I won't be dealing with Stanley Steamer again.

The floors and carpet were screaming clean me....so I call Stanley Steemer....so glad that I did....Michael and Wayne were very professional...explaned everything they would be doing....how long it would take....to how long it would take to dry etc....needless to say the screaming has stopped....Thank Heaven.... I wish to commend the two workers, who were polite and efficient in getting the job completed. I wish to add that before they started their work, they assisted me in cleaning up the street from the garbage I spilled. I ran over my garbage bags (which I forgot were there), when exiting my drive to let the cleaning truck pull into the drive. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and plan to have them return to clean the other part of my home. I would recommend them any time. I feel the only negative was the price. However, if the quality of service and professionalism is important, Stanley Steemer met the bill!
