My garage door was only partially working. It could go up, but you had to stand there and hold the button to make it go down I deduced that it was a bad sensor. the tech from Omega agreed and replaced both sensor as well as tightening and oiling the chain and rollers. Very professional. The guy knew his business. They're on my favorites. I would definitely hire them again.

When the technician came out he told me that I didn't need a new garage door opener. He had to do a little work and it was repaired. I had to call them once before when my garage door would not close. He discovered that I had a broom in the way. I think they are very honest because he could have charged me for a new garage door but he didn't it was just a minor problem with the garage door opener. They get all A's across the board and I would use them in the future if I needed to.

WERE REPLACING EXISTING WOOD DOORS. INSTALLER WAS ON TIME AND PERFORMED EXCELLENT WORK WITH QUALITY MATERIALS, MADE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE INSTALLATION AND OPERATION OF THE DOORS AND CLEANED UP WELL WHEN JOB WAS COMPLETE.

This company was $100 more than a competitor but could do the job 2 days after the estimate. The quality is perfect. The doors fit and finish is heads and tails better than the previous install. The estimator was very professional and punctual. The installer was running slightly behind but called me and indicated his estimated arrival time. The work was done as promised and I would recommend and use this company again as needed.

Their pricing was reasonable. They were quick to come out and they ended up upgrading the service right and the price for the upgrade was reasonable. So I was very satisfied with them.

Overall I met 3 of their employees (estimator, repairman, installer) and they were all very professional and skilled. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Arrived exactly when they said they would, and it was pouring rain outside. I had figured they would call and cancel, but they showed up very promptly. The gentleman worked continuously until the job was completed. It took about 4 hours for the job to be completed. He removed all 3 of the old garage doors and the tracks and hardware. He cleaned his mess up thoroughly. He maintained professionalism and we were quite impressed with the job! We were also very happy with the quality of the doors and the price for the doors. We had obtained other estimates, but Omega was able to provide a higher quality of door with a higher R value than the other estimates for the same price that other companies had quoted a lesser quality door. We definitely recommend Omega!

Got here faster than they originally projected, and completed the repairs more quickly, and at a slightly lower cost, than estimated.

The salesman told me the doors would come in two weeks and it took about six weeks for them to come in. I had to call several times before I could talk to someone who knew when they would be in. This was only a minor problem and more on my part because I am a worry wart. They did respond back several times and satisfied my questions all the way. I did have to pay a $500 down payment with $1900 due upon completion of the job. The doors w/o openers did not come with locks on them and the installer fixed the problem immediately. He even made sure both locks came with matching keys to make it more convenient for me. The installer worked form 10 AM to 4 PM w/o a lunch break. He was late because he went to wrong side of town but called me and we got him there quickly. He worked very organized, clean, neat, knew exactly what he was doing all the time even during unexpected hitches. He didn't stand around talking all day either. He just worked his butt off. He took away the old doors and hardware and cleaned up all the mess made during installation. I got exactly what I ordered and love the product installed. I was relieved to see that I didn't have to watch-dog the installer to make sure he didn't cut corners. It was a great experience!!
