Omega came out and installed a new two-car garage door at my home in August 2017. The door looks great; they did a great job.

He was courteous and prompt. He called before he arrived and fixed our problem for LESS than they projected over the phone. A+! We will use them again!

The technician that came out to my house was 2 hours late. When he got there, he said there isn't much he can do to reduce the noise and then said that my garage doors need braces, so I agreed to hire them to do the work. This was on a Friday, he said they would be out on Monday to do the job. I never heard from them again. They did not show and never called.

The workman was very curious and profession and worked quickly explaining everything he was doing. Very tidy too. I would defiantly recommend. He also arrived on time and took away the old unit.

Extremely well! John was running late and called to advise me of this. My garage door had stopped working and after reading reviews I called yesterday and was scheduled for this morning. John quickly fixed the problem; however, he stayed to do general maintenance and fixed the remote. He was very professional, explained what he was doing and why -- an overall great experience.

Did exactly what they said they would do and more. Replaced any broken parts and fabricated new parts to improve upon the functionality of the doors. On time and responeded in one day from my call. I will always use them with any garage door concerns or replacements. The Service call price was expensive but is the same as anyone else in any service, so I won't complain about that.

Great. I thought the door would need to have the top panels replaced. Instead the guys came in and did a better less expensive repair.

The installer called prior to coming over and was early. He explained what he was going to do and showed us how the new trim would go on. He was fast but thorough, We had a coupon that he applied to the charge, He reviewed our overhead opener status and gave us advice for future repairs.

John came out to access the problem. Motor was blow due to a power surge. Considering the age of our opener, 20 years, it was an easy decision to replace not repair. Jay arrived on time, quickly got to work and was done within an hour. He explained everything in an efficient and professional manner.

They were punctual. They reviewed the problem with me so I could make an educated decision regarding the repair. They fixed the garage door at a fair price. The work was accurate and reasonable. I also had a problem with a list remote that they gave me and programmed specifically for my garage doors. Honest and professional. I was very I pressed. Just a side note, the company that did install the garage door opener, told me they could not get a replacement remote because my opener was too old, unrepairable, and I needed a new garage door opener.

Came out same day that I called. I had one broken spring and decided to replace both cause of the age of the Door. Replacement took less than a hour. Job was done in a professional manner and I would definitely use them again.

Obtaining the job estimate was quick and straight to the point. The installer was prompt, professional, and efficient. The job was completed quickly and neatly. I highly recommend Omega.

It went very well. I’m very happy with them. They are very professional. I actually dealt with the salesman and my advice would be to use them. They would do another one for me, if I need another one done. It is what I expected to pay. It’s a little cheaper so it’s all right. They were right here when they said they would be here.

I was very pleased with the two repairmen they sent out. Even though the first repairman didn't have the correct spring, he got the door working. The company was willing to work with me on select hours I would be available. I will call them again if I need further service.

They arrived when they said they would, they inspected our door. They found the problem, fixed it and did not charge us.

He looked it over, said he could salvage both -- the opener by replacing a relay and adding a steel brace to the inside of the door. Saved us a TON of money. A few weeks later, the door wasn't opening, we called back and, again, expected the worst. He came out and checked -- seemed our ancient "extra" button to open and close it had died. Hubby was able to replace that and everything works beautifully. I also have used them at my other property with the same results -- great work, no gouging, very prompt and quick. At the other property, I was a single woman (at that time) and he could have easily told me I needed a new garage door opener, but he advised me that altho it was old it was high quality and he fixed it at a low charge, again saving me quite a bit of money. Will use/recommend them forever!

They showed up on time and removed old doors and everything. tracks,springs old controls wires the works and hauled away.The guy then installed everything very neatly. It took him from 10:00 in morning to about 4:30 or 5:00. I can tell you workmanship was top class and the doors very nice. The salesman showed me all the different doors and had a sales book with a picture on front of it of a home with my style door on it.Our house looks better than the picture. Not very often that happens. Now if they only installed roofs i'd hire them for that too. O by the way they also installed a door on our old house on Anderson Anthony in Champion about 16 years ago with about same results.

I've had a lot of issues with my opener from an incident a year ago with minor water damage to the unit. I have not been able to get the remotes to work well since then unless I held them directly off an extension to the antenna wire that I ran to the outside. Another local company told me to get a new logic board for it which did not make sense because the unit was still operational. I had not had time to deal with this problem but finally decided something had to be done before another winter came. Chamberlain told me to order an external radio receiver for the door about 2 weeks ago. I did that, but when I tried to hook it up the entire GDO shut down and would not work even from the wall switch. When the other local company I usually call, failed to respond quickly to my call last Monday, I called Omega Door. I called them on a Friday afternoon and they set up an appointment for the next day, a Saturday morning. Any time I can get a service person here on a Saturday when it does not interfere with my work schedule is already a plus. Not only did they come out and show up on time, but in an hour they fixed the door opener. All this time I've had this problem and the only thing he did was carefully take it apart and clean the unit. He removed a lot of bugs and debris, re-wired with the connections tightened up, and it works. In fact the remote now works from a further distance than it did when the unit was new a little over 3 years ago. When I said that I probably need to have my son keep the lights turned off on the opener more in the evening when he is downstairs to keep bugs out of the unit, he showed me how the light on that unit kicks on when you walk thru the garage door sensors. He said that could be set to not do that, which he did for me. Should help us to keep it cleaner as well. I do not need the external receiver at all, but I will send it back. Could not be happier with the service, knowledge and professionalism.

they called to see if they could come 2 hours early. arrived and were finished in 2.5 hours, 1 hour before I got home from work., meaning I had to program my car's built in remote myself. it went well. I am very pleased with their work.
