Ldh trucking and delivery

Dale and Jack provided top notch service for our family's move with excellent communication. They were in constant movement, professional, efficient, and conscientious both with care of the goods being moved and maximizing the time with no slack in their efforts. My brother-in-law, with several military moves under his belt, commented that they were the best movers he's worked with.

They did an excellent job. They were on time and speedy. Communication was good. The cabinet was protected, even in the pouring rain. They even helped me out with another small job.

Woman who answered phone was terrific -- friendly and helpful. On the day of the move, movers were several hours late due to deliveries in Cincinnati that took longer than expected. It was mid-afternoon before they arrived at my house. They loaded furniture as quickly as they could. (Some larger pieces had to be disassembled first.) The owner joined them later in the move to help. He was fast, friendly, and efficient. Overall great experience. Would not hesitate to hire this company again.

LDH has delivered to my home 3 times this past year for various things. Each time they have been on time, courteous, and careful of my home. Very professional. I would definitely hire them for any moving or hauling needs.

The 2 guys Zack and Jack were very proffessional, working seamless together. They stayed cheerful even though it was a long day. They worked like one man, having great communication, taking care not to damage anything. I would hire them in a heart beat.

Great! I found out about this company on Angie's List I day before the move call them and they were very responsive. They called later that evening to confirm the arrangements. As promised they call 30-minutes ahead to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time. When they started we marked the time and they were very careful with the items. My bedroom set made it to the next destination with no scratches. Besides the polite staff I was very impressed with how fast I got everything done; not rushed, but not wasting any valuable time.

Outstanding- Zackery & Chris were prompt, polite, they completed a very difficult job. I highly recommend this company

Fast!!! I thought this would take all day but they were done in just two hours! They were very careful with my stuff and with my newly painted walls and were very personable to boot.

I love this company. They are so professional and NICE and courteous. They always get there during the time window they say, they are so careful with your furniture and belongings, and no matter that you change your mind a few times about where you want your furniture, they just smile and move it again! They are really good people that I highly recommend and will ALWAYS use LDH when I need a delivery/trucking/moving service. Oh - and last year they delivered furniture for me from Big Lots, and the sofa was too big for the area, so they took it back and brought the replacement that I picked out the very next day. I love this company. I have virtually NO bad things to say about them.

No matter my warnings, it was just not comprehended how much I had to move. Hence, the move took much longer than the company expected, planned for, or could complete. I was promised that bedroom/office sets would be reassembled, yet the owner demanded that the movers stop before the work was finished. Very expensive, for having to hire someone else to reassemble these pieces!

So many problems...did move furniture...bed fell in the first week and we discovered screws hadn't been reinstalled

The move ran a bit later in the day than I anticipated, but Brandon and Zack stuck with it and got all the items into the new house where they need to be placed. If I had another move to complete I'd hire these 2 strong young men again. They tracked their hours and only charged for the time spent on the moving project.

Great! Very friendly, quick and efficient.

They were horrible. They were very unprofessional with their mouths. Our order was for delivery and assembly. When they delivered the bed frame they said they were short staffed and didn’t have time to assemble the bed. It was one thing after another. They left with my money and gave no receipt. They didn’t refund the assembly service. Instead they wanted to charge me an additional $30 to come back out and complete the bed frame assembly when ever they had a chance to at a later date.

The movers arrived on time and ended when expected. Estimate of time was right on target. They were very professional and polite. Was impressed by the care they took in moving my items. Quality Service at a good price.

Great. The owner, Roger, was very responsive to all of our needs. Nice and courteous dispatcher. Movers went above and beyond what I expected. They padded and wrapped all of our delicate furniture items. The two movers, Brad and Zach, not only did an extremely professional job, they actually took pride in the work they were doing, which is very rare these days. I would recommend this company again and again!!!

It went well. The movers were very personable and worked hard to get the job done in a timely matter. I have seen movers work slower and charge more by the hour. I feel this company is very reasonable in price, and the owner is very prompt at getting back to you!

Well. The workers were late but the company explained and handled everything very well. The guys had to work a late night but they definitely came through for us.
