Ldh trucking and delivery

I went online to schedule and they were pretty fast with the next delivery date. I got a call the day before delivery to confirm with the time frame. I got a call on the date of delivery and I feel like I was on the early side of the deliveries. They called when they were close and also when they were outside. They were energizer bunnies in getting everything inside and setting up the legs on the sofa and loveseat. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford to have them take the old mattress away or else I have no doubt that they would have set that up for me as well. Brandon and Connor were outstanding and so kind and gracious. The follow up call from the company to make sure that everything went okay was also great. The only issue was that when they arrived at Big Lots to pick up my items they were given a full size mattress, but Brandon and Connor checked the paperwork and actually went to another Big Lots to get what I purchased and deliver it at the same time. Big Lots was trying to get them to tell me that the mattress needed to be delivered separately, but while in Big Lots the sales person checked to make sure that the mattress was there in stock and to put my name on it. The extra customer service and professionalism that Brandon and Connor put forth to make sure that I got ALL of the pieces that I was expecting and paying for earned them 1000 gold stars and the moon in my book. Wouldn't it be great if all businesses did this? I would definitely use this company again in the future. If I have any delivery or trucking needs I will be looking them up to see what they offer. The flat rate for all three pieces was a great money saver for this single mom.

This is our third time using LDH. Highly recommend their services. Reliable, friendly and professional. Rates are reasonable as well. We will definitely keep using them for all of our moving and delivery needs.

LDH trucking company in Fairborn OH has delivered my furniture today. I have purchased an electric recliner and a couch. The schedule for delivery was an easy process online with availability calendar. They keep the delivery fees low (up to three pieces of furniture for $80!) and if you need to take away the old items it is additional $40, which is very reasonable. Easy communication, they have called the night before between 6-9 pm to confirm the time frame of delivery. The guys showed up on time, were polite and professional. However, it is particularly the customer service and the care which was presented by the owner of the company Roger Dale Lewis that made the whole process easy. There was a slight mix up which happened with the store where the furniture was picked up from and Mr. Lewis went above and beyond to make sure everything was quickly corrected and restored back to order! I will most certainly recommend LDH moving & delivery company! It is a rare occurrence of such exceptional customer service! Thank you!

Service was excellent. This company is the best in the Dayton area, hands down. Service is fast and done in a professional and courteous manner. They are reliable and punctual. They keep you updated about the process and always tell you up front about any potential issues with your furniture or possessions. These guys are the real deal. No need to look anywhere else. I was a little hesitant about not being able to reach someone before scheduling my move but they call you ahead of time to discuss details and they follow up on all instructions. I will hire them again without any reservation. If you have everything packed and ready to go, these guys will fly through it.

Roger and his team at LDH did a fantastic job with my move. His truck was more than big enough for our 3-bedroom home to fit into and everything was in the same condition 400 miles later. He charges fair rates, was very professional, and had great communication throughout the process. I would confidently recommend the LDH team to anyone needing to move!

After reading the complaints on file, I thought, 'Is this the same company?' - my experience was completely different. I called them last year after reading good reviews. I recently had to move due to a divorce, lost my son and needed a place to stay while our house is being rehabbed. It was one of the worst years ever for us. He was so kind to me on the phone, understanding, Dale gave me his cell & said call anytime. Trying to save money, we moved ourselves the first time, myself and daughter. We had a short term lease, needed to find a place in the interim as our house continues to be delayed and during this pandemic. Called Dale & he was responsive. Met our time frame, called prior to ensure we were there. He and Roger were fast, efficient, courteous & forthright with us. They exercised caution and were professional. Will use them again when we move into our home, hopefully when all this is over. Hope they do well during this time & all stay well. They did a great job, were reasonable, efficient (an hour and a half - would have taken us two days!) and were great guys to us. Highly recommend this company!

LDH was the best decision I made during this move. I had a small amount of furniture I couldn’t move and haul myself. They loaded, moved, and unloaded in about 1 hr. Brandon and Roger were amazing. The google vortex led me in the right direction!

Jack and Brenden did a very professional job moving my mom into her new condo. They were VERY efficient (saving us money), polite and personable (a rare attribute in this business) and were very careful with all the furniture and boxes. A+++ A job well done, guys! Bought a couch through home buys and they use these movers, scheduled delivery two weeks out on a Saturday. LDH calls and tells use its icy in Cincinatti so they will bring it on Sunday. They call back Sunday and said that home buys did not have our couch. We called home buys and they said they did. We set up for them to come back this Saturday 1-25. They called Friday night said they were delivering it between 2-5 and emailed us. We tried to call back and left a voicemail. Today we waited around all day, they never brought our couch so we called them. The guy who answered the phone was very rude to my wife, wouldn’t let her talk, saying he called multiple times and he did not. He wasn’t going to drive to rural Kentucky if we wouldn’t answer the phone. We thought that they were bringing it because home buys even said that they picked it up. I tried to talk to him and because I started what I said with “listen” he hung up on me. Would never recommend this company and will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau

Smooth and with no problems. These folks are so courteous and professional. They get in and get the job done. I'll use them whenever I need to move anything whether it is a couch or my whole house. We are very satisfied with their service!

They were extremely professional, fast, courteous , respectful and true gentleman. They removed my old furniture and brought in the new one in a half an hour. I've never seen professional movers deliver, not only so quickly, but so precise without damaging anything. I was amazed. I would definitely hire them again! Thank you Roger and Jack!

It took the 2 guys less than 3 hours to move 5 rooms worth of furniture and boxes (including disassembling and reassembling furniture and disconnecting my washer/dryer). Very nice guys too. They were courteous and efficient and LDH has very good rates. Similar services as I got from 2 Men & A Truck a couple years ago but half the hourly rate.

Movers were punctual, professional, and worked hard to stay within the time budget we could afford.

I was able to schedule LDH at the last minute due to a cancellation. (Lucky me!) They guys were punctual, courteous, considerate and quick! They were so easy to work with! They moved my entire living room suite, a grandfather clock, a VERY heavy butcher block, various shelves and tables and several boxes and totes. They were cautious with the furniture on the hardwood floors at both locations. I would contact them again for any moving needs!
