Description of Work: Replaced 17' x 86' concrete driveway as well as 44' x 3' walkway. Job went smoothly and on schedule. Top quality workmanship throughout. Final grading was well done and a thorough cleanup of site. | |One area where they deviated from contract: At apron, culvert pipe extends 18" beyond both headwalls. Their contract stated "2 concrete headwalls at ends of culvert pipe." Looks OK but harder to mow grass in that area. Still, very pleased with overall job.

Description of Work: Tear out and replacement of 37' x 16' driveway. Quality of work was excellent. Employees were very professional and courteous. The crew doing the work really knew what they were doing and the work was completed in a timely manner. I would recommend Jordan Concrete to my friends and neighbors.

Description of Work: Had Jordan Concrete pour a patio at the end of July. Had to be pushed back, because of all the rain we have had. I cant tell you how pleased I am with the patio. Had them give me an estimate to replace my front porch and sidewalk. Will be having them do this as soon as I finish my patio. Thank you Mr. Jordan and associates.

I personally provide each and every estimate. It is, and always has been, my goal to meet with customers within three business days of a request for an estimate. If I cannot make a scheduled appointment I will call to reschedule, that is my policy. I am not certain as to why I failed to meet with you at our scheduled time, or why I did not call to reschedule. Even though this is an extremely busy time of year for my company, it is not an excuse for the fact that I failed to meet with you. This was a definite oversight on my part and for that I am deeply sorry. I always attempt to schedule appointment times that are convenient to my customer’s schedules as I understand time is valuable. I would not be in business if I did not put the customer first. Hired Jordan Concrete to replace the porch and steps along with the sidewalk... They did an excellent job... The team was real professional and they kept the work area cleaned up every day and they all tried to keep a messy situation under control... Yes we would have them back again.... My only issue was with the rain here in OHIO.... it rained and kept them from keeping a few deadlines... BUT once they started... they did a great job...
Description of Work: Our front porch and steps along with the sidewalk was in desperate need of repair.. The porch steps were 8 inches high and were actually coming out from the porch.... the side walk was buckled up and you could trip if you were not careful. In other words.. they were a mess...

I am thrilled with my experience with this company. I received a response from the owner the very day I sent my initial email, whereas three other companies did not even acknowledge my request at all. He came out to give an estimate the following day and due to a cancellation was able to start work the same week. He and his crew are courteous and professional, the floor is beautiful and just what we asked for. The price was very reasonable and he even offered to pour a 3x3 step leading up to the door- for free! We will definitely be using this company again and will recommend them to our friends.

Description of Work: Grade and install a 24x32 garage floor with a 4x24 apron. I just finished building a new garage and wanted a smooth finish on the concrete floor, so I would have a great surface for my epoxy floor. They did a great job, and I will be contacting them regarding future work.

Rob came over dug out the area for the concrete and set up the forms to ensure it was what I wanted. The next day he layed the concrete.
Description of Work: layed an addition on the driveway so I could fit 2 cars in and layed a patio.

Rob came within 24 hours of my phone call to give me the estimate. He described the work he would do and gave me a fair price. We had such a great interaction with him that within the day we decided to use him. After some rain delays, he came out and finished within one day. It looks great! We'll definitely be calling him when we are ready to do the driveway next year.
Description of Work: The house had a small sidewalk and planting bed leading to the front door. He removed the old sidewalk and planting bed and replaced it with a 7' X 14' concrete slab to create a larger front porch.

Rob Jordan came in and graded the old gravel driveway and poured the concrete for our new driveway. He then sealed the concrete. After the driveway was complete he landscaped around the new driveway. We have had many complements on what a difference the new driveway has made to our property. We would recommend Jordan Concrete to anyone that is looking for a good, efficent and professional concrete contractor.
