Ms. [Member Name Removed], I offer to you my sincere apology. This is not a normal practice for my company. As a consumer and business owner I certainly understand your frustration. I personally provide each and every estimate. It is, and always has been, my goal to meet with customers within three business days of a request for an estimate. If I cannot make a scheduled appointment I will call to reschedule, that is my policy. I am not certain as to why I failed to meet with you at our scheduled time, or why I did not call to reschedule. Even though this is an extremely busy time of year for my company, it is not an excuse for the fact that I failed to meet with you. This was a definite oversight on my part and for that I am deeply sorry. I always attempt to schedule appointment times that are convenient to my customer’s schedules as I understand time is valuable. I would not be in business if I did not put the customer first. I will look into my current process for scheduling appointments to make sure this does not happen again. Please accept my sincere apology. Rob Jordan Owner 937-532-4835
