Good, miss communication at first but got it all done and we're happy

From the start Window Nation was prompt to come to our home for in in-house quote for installation of new windows. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and friendly and we felt like they were the company to chose after getting other quotes. The price was reasonable and within a few months the windows were ready for install. Due to the weather we did get rescheduled two times but they were prompt to call us to reschedule. The day of install was so fast, I could not believe they were done by 3pm! The installers were incredible friendly and courteous, they cleaned everything up and even vacuumed when they were done. Our home is so much quieter and cooler now that the windows have been replaced. They are super easy to clean and look wonderful. I would certainly recommend Window Nation.

Everything went great, from the initial call to setup the salesman to the guys installing. Dave the salesman was awesome when he was here. The installers were prompt, courteous, and cleaned everything up before they left. Will definitely recommend using them again.

We had 13 windows installed on 4/29/20 the install was ok besides the fact they forgot to caulk around half the windows, then noticed they installed the wrong windows in one of the rooms,I received follow up call and let them know what happened they said they would exchange them well it's been over 3 months and still keep putting me off,we paid alot of money for these windows this is ridiculous.

Everything went well. My only issue was the trim that was put around my patio door was not painted. I was told I had to paint it. And that was not the case when I purchased the door. I was told the trim would be white.

Bob and Aaron were actually early. They proceeded promptly and didn't stop till they were completely done. Arielle came to check on the process and seemed satisfied. They went above and beyond what the job was expected to be.

My experience was fantastic from beginning to end. The installers were good at what they do , clean, courteous and happy !

Everything went well. Installers were great and I love the windows. I love that they inspected the final installations and called to make sure I was totally satisfied.

We do not recommend Window Nation. This was not a good experience. Window Nation and their suppliers all have quality problems. At this point we are not sure how long these windows will last. We do not expect them to last 30 years like our old ones did. But the one repair technician they sent to repair all the problems did do a good job. Window Nation Their estimate of one day and maybe part of a second day to finish outside work was way off. It took them three full days. One day did not seem like enough time to me to install 12 windows, 4 of which are about 4’x6’ but the sale rep was sure that’s all it would take. It took the three days PLUS three more visits to get everything installed correctly and all the problems fixed. They were here 4 hours or longer on two of those days. The storm door was not installed well. It was crooked so at the bottom was a “wedge” of open space. They had to reinstall it after ordering replacement parts. The large windows (25/50/25) were not installed properly. The middle section (the 50) did not get the stops installed so the entire middle section could be slid to one side or the other if the sliding sashes were not latched. Window Nation did come back and install the stops so the windows were secure. The wrong screws were used to install all the windows so none of the windows latched. The round screw heads blocked the window from sliding all the way to the edge so the latch did not align. One window had to be removed and reinstalled to get it working correctly. Window Nation did get them fixed by replacing the screws. The caulking on three of the windows did not cover the insulating foam. Several seams on other windows had gaps in the caulk so they weren’t sealed well. I have recaulked most of the windows. The installers did not clean the insulating foam residue off two of the vinyl frames at installation time. They did clean them on one of the return visits. Softlite Windows All 8 of the sliding sashes on the 25/50/25 windows were not made properly. The notch at the top was too small so the sash could not be lifted out if needed. The notch at the bottom was too large so the small stopper that keeps the window from being opened more than a couple inches didn’t stop it. The large notch let the window slide right past it. And NO the sash was not upside down since the drain holes were at the bottom. One of the 8 replacement sashes ended up with a broken glass panel so it needed replaced a third time. All 8 of the screen on the 25/50/25 window were not the correct size. I could put a quarter in the gap at the top of them. Window Nation measured and ordered replacements of the correct size. Soflite apparently ignored the correct dimension and made the replacements the same size so they were no better. Then they made them to the correct size. We are seeing some discoloration (a grayish tint) in some of the vinyl frames. But we are just going to live with that rather than deal with more replacements. Provia Door The storm sweep was no included with the door apparently because they did not package it with the door at the factory and whatever process they use to make sure everything is included missed it.

Windows were not installed properly. Has been over a week and WN has not contacted me to resolve the issue.

We’ve worked with Window Nation several years ago to replace several large custom windows. Didn’t even shop around this time. Workmanship, product, and customer service are all excellent. We highly recommend.

Sales man was very late with no courtesy call to let us know what was going on. Salesman over promised on 'paint ready' resizing only to find out after the install that they're not finishers and cannot meet this expectation, though it's in my contract that way. I've now had to pay a drywall finisher to complete this work that Window Nation was paid to do. We have marble sills throughout the house. With enlarging 4 windows, that also means I need 4 larger sills. These sills are no where close to matching the existing sills. This should have been mentioned by sales and perhaps we would have purchased all new sills to match. Now I have 2 new and 1 old in the same room - it doesnt look good! A window was completely left off the order, was to be added but have never heard back. A bathroom window was installed with regular glass, should have been privacy glass. This was pointed out upon install. Again, no status update. Installers accidentally dropped something down the staircase damagingmy banister - that hasn't been resolved. I've worked with the Install Manager until he just cant do anything more. I've had a conversation with the Customer Fulfillment Manager but she's never gotten back to me. Install of the size for size replacement windows was fast and the installers were great! Very polite, courteous, mindful of me working while they were in my home, answered all of my questions. If only replacing size for size windows, Window Nation is fine. If doing anything additional, I would not recommend them! This install was for 13 windows, 4 of which were enlargements. Project started on May 21. As of today, July 7, still incomplete.

Joshua and his team were amazing. They were very respectful of the Covid 19. The team that was working outside were extremely nice and they took the time to answer all my questions. The window guys were so respectful when they entered my home to replace my windows. Overall experience was amazing great! My house is beautiful! Extra shout out to Joshua for overseeing the project, he was there for me with all my questions and concerns. Thank you WindowNations!

Installation was the best I have seen. The installers never scratched or touched a wall or door while carrying in heavy large windows. When taking out old windows no chips or scratches on walls around windows. What mess was made from taking out old windows was cleaned up before they left. In and out in 1 day, excellent job. We are very pleased with how the new windows work and look.

Window Nation came out for a quote. It was supposed to last and hour 2.5 hours we received the 3 quotes buy now or the price goes up. Stand by your product and give fair price the first time. I would make sure you have other quotes before having them in.

I'm honestly not 100% ****** at them. Just super disappointed that they won't fix the screen in one of my windows that THEY tore upon installation. (I included a picture of the tear.) Supposedly the torn screen is indicated in my file, supposedly the service team in my area has been notified of the problem.... BUT it has now been a month with NO ONE CONTACTING ME FOR A REPAIR! Not only did I put IN WRITING that the screen had a tear when I signed off at the end of the job, I have called them 4 times about resolving the issue. The Window Nation team was excellent at the beginning of the project -- punctual, professional, listening, and engaged. That's how they got me I suppose. The installer was ONE MAN working on his own -- ZERO accountability for the work he did on the job. He was obviously struggling to complete the task of removing my 1960's era builder-grade windows. He threw broken aluminum window pieces all over the yard as he busted them apart. On top of that, the new windows going in were easily 50 pounds per panel. And it took him a FULL DAY longer to complete than I was quoted. I wish he would have just admitted that he couldn't do it on his own. If he had a second person spot him as he hung the new windows, the stupid mistakes wouldn't happen as he tried to rush the job. The price of the windows was pretty good considering we had 13 of them installed. With that said, I'm worried I got what I paid for. Another picture I included was a close up of the caulking around the edge of the window in my boy's bedroom. It was OBVIOUSLY done poorly and incompletely. Upon my request, he did go back and fix it, so there's that I suppose. Bottom Line, I won't hire them again. And based on what I see, I have no guarantee that I won't have leaking windows in a few years. And I'll probably never get my screen repaired.

I'm having buyers remorse but it's too late to do anything about it but send a caveat to others. Beware of the "buy one get one free" deal because all they're doing is jacking up the price and the "deal" is just bringing the price to normal pricing. And, don't be pressed to sign the same day because "this wonderful deal that may not be available tomorrow". There will be other or maybe better deals out there. And, if you do sign remember you can use the 3 day cooling off clause to cancel the deal.

Great !!! Our salesmen Justin Ekin came to the house and explain about the windows, what would happen, what I needed to do, a few days letter came out and measured my windows and the order was in. Linda called from the office to set up a date to install. They came out Monday and installed. I had a Great Team to install them , Brad, Anna and Nat(Little) Brad came in and explained what was going to happen inside and out. they laid mats down so they didn't track in snow or dirt. Anna cleaned the windows and explained some questions. I could ask any of them question and they could give me answers. they cleaned up and than went over the protection program and all over all it was Great and Love Love my windows Thank you !!!

The whole process from the initial visit was a 10 star rating in my eyes,,,, I didn’t feel pressured in making a purchase....... I was very impressed with the quality of the windows ( I LOVE THEM ) & no matter what window you decide on it carries a life time warranty 👍🏼 Paul M was the installer, what a breath of fresh air to have a punctual , professional , no nonsense worker in our home👏🏼 I highly recommend this company 😊

Couldn’t ask for the whole process to go any better. Everything looks great and can tell it is excellent quality. Justin Ekin did an excellent job during the sales process of walking us through the expectations and ensuring we understood what we were getting.

David was a fantastic brand ambassador, very detailed, and genuine. He spent quality time with us ensuring we understand all the important features and how the window was designed and built. We look forward to the installation, seeing our new windows and the ease and use of them.

It went great! They where there a little early which was great and done way early! They did room by room so not all your house open.

Very well. I couldn't be happier with the result and with the people I dealt with in this company. The windows look great. The installers were very pleasant and neat. No outdoor plants were damaged in the areas of the window replacement and they left everything completely clean when they left. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again if the need arises.

awesome done in a day just like they said. even though it was cold outside they were able to keep the heat in. definitely would hire again but won't have to do that anytime soon. A++
