They were all very nice. From the salesman to the guy who did the measurements down to the guys that installed my windows. They went to extreme lengths to make sure that they could get the job done correctly!

Our experience started with the window nation rep Ricky who came out and sold us on the product. Ricky was knowledgeable and friendly. He was down to earth and not pushy like most window sales people. Then we move on to Kim who got us scheduled right away for service. The install team was polite and professional. Quick and efficient. One of our windows had to be reordered and remade which bummed us out but communication was top notch on keeping us up to date on the entire process. We love our new windows!

Everything was preformed as expected

Very impressed. Took 4-5 weeks for the windows to come in. Installers were excellent and paid close attention to detail.

Everything we had hoped for and some. Great work, from the first meeting with Julius and him setting the expectations to the installers. They were very professional, very respectful of our home and cleaned up extremely well inside and out. Definitely will be bringing them back to finish the last few windows!

They were very professional and clear with the whole process, answered all my questions and were very thorough. I would definitely use them again for future projects.

Obviously he didn’t have windows installed by Window Nation. We’ve been trying to get our issues fixed since December to no avail. Tia Thomas are sales rep doesn’t return messages. I’m not sure what you have to do to get customer service on wrong windows installed. I mean we have a contract. Is that not binding? This is the Columbus Ohio office I am referring to.

$40,000 Job, Worst decision I have ever made!!! I had 25 windows installed. 2 crews done in one day. 1st-they installed every window but one with exposed screw heads. When told that was going to work they said that's how they install them but couldn't answer why one was installed with no screw heads exposed because they actually used caps to cover them which is correct. 2-Black windows so they used black caulk which looked like a child caulked my windows and then they got on my tan siding in several locations, they tried to clean it off but smeared it into siding and stained it. 3 windows are damaged, damaged my metal roof so much more. Harley Magden sends emails to contact him but won't respond. No one has come to look at damage and give me a plan to fix, other then all windows need replaced. Used 3 vacation days at work and now my summer vaca W/family is gone. I don't have enough room left to write more! Needs addressed immediately! I want to know who is replacing my siding/metalroof

The company installed by windows in May 2022. The were poorly installed, with part of the windows not insulated and drafter than my old windows. It has took a month and 8 emails and 2 calls to get them to send a technician out to look at them. The technician agreed that they were poorly installed by only looking at 2 and say all the windows would need to be checked for installation issue. That was over 2 weeks ago. I contacted several days after the technician visited to inquire when they would have someone outt o fix my windows. Almost 2 weeks have gone by with no contact from the company and regret my decision to use company

Very professional company including sales, measurement, communication and install. The install crew was friendly and very capable. They asked several times if everything looked ok. Clean up and respect for our home was excellent. A rep from the company also came to our home to check in. Everything looks great and we noticed a definite improvement in comfort in our home. We are very satisfied.

Very well - job took about 12 hours to complete, even with as large a job it was. The team cleaned up the yard and the house very well after the job was done, and I've had no issues today with the windows at all. The change is very noticeable as compared with the original windows, both is sound reduction and insulation improvement.

Installation went well and complete the same day.

My sales appointment went well, the salesman was knowledgeable and presented a lot of helpful information. The one drawback was a lot of pressure was made to make a decision same day although I let him know I had other estimates scheduled. There was quite a delay in ordering the windows and installation however, this was to be expected due to labor issues and supply chain shortages. The crew, led by Brian, that completed the install were fantastic. They were on time, very respectful and professional, and did a great job. One window was discovered to be broken after opening thus needing to be re-ordered. This required another few months wait to complete the job but, overall had a good experience.

I'd like to say first and foremost the installers were professional and did a good job installing my windows, all three different days. I'm sorry to say I'd not waste my time calling Window Nation again to install anything. I bought 9 Windows for my place but only had 7 installed. Other than the guys it was the most unprofessional company I'd ever worked with and I've had some pretty bad companies. I get the pandemic fouled up many things but this deal went bad after I signed the contract. 1st, the ordered the wrong sizes. 2nd, when the 2nd order came in, it was incomplete. 3rd, I had weeks if not months contacting anyone was near impossible. 4th, missed appointments. 5th, no accountability!!! If I didn't have the posable need for warranty work, I'd erase Window Nation from my mind. I'm sorry THEY had problems but when they make their problems mine I get upset. I hope the get employees that care about the company, I really do.

The installer was great. However, he was booked to be at 2 places at once. It cost me an entire day of missed work because he was scheduled with me fo 8:00 and couldn't get to me until 3:30. He said he let CS know days before and we were never contacted. Customer Service was unresponsive to the complaint. Makes me wonder how they'll be if ee have any problems with the product.

Clean neat and sharp work done. Loved the new look!

Overall: Process was great. Very professional and work was done insanely fast. Price: I got a few quotes and the matched the company I was leaning towards. Went with them as they were custom windows vs stock. Quality: Windows are great! Prior windows lost protective coating causing rooms to get insanely warm with all day sun. Not used to being cold when A/C is running! Responsiveness: Willing to answer any and all questions. Only thing I did not like was that both spouses need to be involved in the process. This was not needed for our project as it was a simple 1:1 replacement. Got to the point where I considered going with someone else, but was finally able to take appointment by myself. Punctuality: Extremely quick and arrived at front end of window (no pun intended). Professionalism: Did a great job installing, put down floormats, cleaned up after themselves.

Alex was AMAZING! One guy to take out old windows and replace with new windows is no easy job. Alex was professional, worked had, and personable. The only little issue we had was that the scheduler told us one day, told the installer 2 days. We weren't home on the second day for Alex to walk us through opening, locking, cleaning the windows so we are figuring it out on our own and hoping we don't break anything!

Window Nation showed up on time and did all the work efficiently and professionally. Max Glassford was our sales guy and was absolutely amazing. He is very friendly and made sure we got exactly what we wanted and needed. I would highly recommend Max and window nation.

Two windows were not the correct windows. They were supposed to be frosted, only half of the window was frosted. Then it took several phone calls and emails to get someone to follow up on this. Multiple installers were sent out to follow up with this and were unprepared, or were sent for an issue that was not correct. It ended up taking 6-7 months to have the issue corrected. Communication was almost nonexistent with this company. I would not recommend using this company.

I met with a salesman that did not pressure me, we only discussed the product that I needed. The door arrived a month earlier than expected. One glitch - the door initially brought out was not the door I ordered as it did not have the blinds between the windows, but this was corrected within a weeks time. The installers were all very professional, did an excellent job and cleaned up the area when completed. If I need other products in the future I will definitely contact Window Nation first!

The process from beginning to end was smooth. The installation went well, and the installer was professional, and did everything that was promised when we chose the company. We are satisfied.

Install/cleanup was fantastic and the windows are exponentially better than our old ones. With that said, my wife and I were not a fan of the ultra high pressure sales tactics.

We ordered windows in November and were told 10-12 weeks for install. We finally received an install date for early April which ended up being cancelled by the company. Our second install date was also cancelled by the company the morning the work was supposed to happen. And finally the third install date happened but now we have been left with a half completed job, scuffed up windows, wavy grids, no caulking or weather stripping on some of the windows. Terrible experience! After spending thousands of dollars, I had hoped for a better experience. Several phone calls and emails have been made to the company. Typically we can’t even get a response from anyone. They did finally send someone out who did agree with us that the job looked like crap. But his solution was to send the same crew back out to fix it! We told him that’s not an option and all we got was a song and dance about he had to send the same crew out otherwise they company would have to pay for a new crew to come out. That has been over 2 weeks and as expected, we’ve not seen anyone show up yet to fix the windows. And most recently, we get an email to check on our satisfaction with the install and to call if we had any issues. Seriously? Does nobody in the company have records of a customer who has already called and emailed multiple times??? So we make yet another call and spoke to a woman who needs to find a new job if she’s going to treat customers as poorly as she treated us. She claims the company has no emails or messages from us so they weren’t aware of the problem or even the fact that someone had already been out to assess the damaged windows. Now it’s up to us to take pictures of all the issues and send her a list of what needs fixed. Seriously, the worst experience I have ever had with a major purchase. If anyone is reading this and trying to decide on a company to install new windows, please run as fast as you can from this company!!!!! You will waste your money and put yourself through a lot of unnecessary stress. Oh and one more thing....we were promised a “free” cruise since we purchased a whole house of window. Guess what???? Yes you’d be correct, we haven’t received our voucher for that either!
